Please help with feedback on my store, found at


I'm getting between 100-200 views per day but zero sales.  I have a marketing campaign across Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube for my "Tell Your Story" hoodie collection.  You can see the commercial I filmed and released here:

I'm honestly a little dumbfounded at the moment.  I'm going to spend a fair amount in advertising for the Christmas season, but I can't help but feel like I'm missing the 15% of direction and understanding that would make all the difference in whether my store makes it or not.  Please let me know any questions!

I believe the problem is this. Your website looks good on desktop but doesn't work well on mobile. I'm guessing 60-70% + of your traffic would be coming from mobile also. Focus on building out your website to flow and look good on mobile and you will solve this problem you're having.

Hope I can provide some useful feedback.


I've just had a look at your store. For me, I would like to see better product photography, ratings and reviews from previous customers, and a clear path through the website to the product I want to buy. It feels like the hoodies are the main product, but there is currently a lot of other stuff going on. Make it easy for customers to land, understand, and buy.

I just took a look at your store and I think it looks really good. There are just a few minor things that I might consider changing


After looking I couldn't find a sense of urgency. By using urgency, you can make your visitors feel like they are missing out unless they order immediately. The 'Fear of Missing Out' that they experience, will increase your ability to convert them into buyers. One app that can help you with that is . It really can make a big difference in getting your customers to buy from you


Another thing you might want to add is an always visible buy button. The buy button is probably the most important button in your entire store and you need to make sure that your customer can always easily find it. If your customer needs to scroll all they waaay back up after reading your descriptions, they are more likely not to buy from you. A lot of people are very busy, and every extra step that you add is another reason why they might not want to buy from you. I recommend adding . It can help you make sure your buy button is always within a thumbs reach for your customer.


You might consider adding a FAQ section. Customers often times will want a lot of information before they make a decision to purchase. Adding an FAQ section with information about things like shipping rates, returns, and anything else relevant can help your customer more easily make a decision to purchase


I wasn't able to find reviews. If you add reviews it will help keep your customers on your site. If your customer needs to leave your site to do research on a product they might not come back, adding reviews can help with that.


But seriously your store is actually really great, and I think just a few minor tweaks could really go a long way.
