My store link is www.desireskin.com I have spent $3000 on ad spent in last 5 months, but unfortunately very low sales. I am not sure what I have done wrong?
I have just closed my ads and optimized my store with reviews, also optimized my cart page.
Now in last 14 days I have 91 ad to carts and 61 checkouts initiated, but just 1 sale. So I optimized my cart page just now and added money back guarantee, free shipping in three countries where I am marketing.
Someone suggested me to add a feedback app, on cart page, where customer may actually let me know why the person is not buying the product. So if someone knows the name of that app, let me know.

It looks like you have been putting quite a lot of effort into your site design, functionality and ads, so I think with a little effort you will start having decent sales. I love how you categorized the items, so it makes it easy to find whatever a person might be looking for.
Here are pieces of advice design wise:
Try to go for more feminine and delicate design. When it comes to skincare the site should reflect product quality. If you go for smaller, not bold font, reduce the usage of red, it will associate with a gentle product that will take care of their skin. Hopefully, you get what I mean:)
Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer
The sale you have seems to be a nice deal, however, when you make such a big amount off it might devalue your product. People always need to know why you have made such sales, is it a seasonal sale? or is it because there is no demand on it? Does that mean the product is bad?
Instead of giving discount for nothing, give them as rewards for completing certain actions on your store ex. for creating accounts, for leaving a review, for sharing your site, for spending money on your site. It is not difficult for a user to do and you will get so many actions on your site, and you are having discounts anyway.

Regarding your abandoned carts issue... One quick thought of mine is the following:
I visited your store and viewed the product prices in EUR. I then added 2 items in my cart, 1 Absolute Skin Reviving Kit €41.28 EUR & 1 Anti-Ageing Vitamin C Serum €20.64 EUR. When I went to checkout, the prices were displayed in dollars. At first, I thought that they were USD, so the conversion seemed much higher than expected: Anti-Ageing Vitamin C Serum 1 $35.97 & Absolute Skin Reviving Kit $71.94 with a total of $117.90 including shipping. It was at the very end (at first I thought that there was a bug) when I realized that they were Australian dollars and not US dollars. Do you think this might be confusing other visitors too and making them abandon their carts?
