I am the owner of an apperal company focused on mid luxury male underwear (Drawlz Brand Co.) and have been open for around 4 months now. I have made a decent amount of sales and have an ok amount of traffic (avg. 250 visits per day). The traffic is highly targeted though facebook/instagram ads. My problem is that I still have a very low conversion rate (Add to cart= 2.49%, Reached checkout= 1.34%, Purchased= 0.59%).
Can somebody help me to figure out how can I improve my conversion rate and/or website? Any tips?

If you took a closer look at your analytics, the add to cart rate is very, so the issue is located somewhere between "add to cart" and "checkout" (included).

With the followers you have you should have a higher conversion rate.
5 of my clients that are crushing it on Instagram with similar followers to you are doing around 2.5% to 4.5% + conversion rates consistently.
They all have really simple and easy to navigate websites.

I can see that you have information about Shipping, Returns & Refund, which are all very important to have and increase trust with shoppers.
Here are the some points that you might wanna consider :
1) Mobile site needs to be improved as nowadays most of the people prefer to browse the website on mobile.
2) Customer Testimonials should be added to build trust.
