1) I recommend making the header slightly smaller. It is taking up a big part of the screen when a person first enters your store. Maybe find a better place for your logo so that, the hero banner image looks more catchy.
2) The "Recommended for you" section in the footer menu has very non-standard location.
It is not too noticeable. I do not think this section is bringing any use.
3)I think we can both agree that furniture pieces can get really pricey. No doubts, you offer high quality pieces for the prices, however in order to make it easier for your customers to make purchases I suggest adding some kind of discount program. You will not lose anything from that, but only gain loyal customers and strong customer retention.
