Please have a look at my store brides2babies and give honest, constructive feedback as to where I can improve to get more conversions. I am considering changing the theme to a paid theme. Is this worth while? If so why and which one would you recommend for my style of store?
Thanks for looking and most of all please be KIND. No need for any haters thank you. I am willing to work with an expert too if needs be to take this to the next level. I am not an expert but I do need help and which areas would mostly be beneficial. I have looked at sites such as fiverr already.
Thanks in advance :)
Hey Brides 2 Babies,
The currency converter should be placed beside the Search Bar, Login and Cart instead of being placed below them. Other keen observations for store optimization are as follows:

I just had look into your website. I observed few points on your website, I hope those are helpful for your website.

You have the last post on Dec 25th in Instagram! You can increase your followers by regular update of your products in social media pages.
You can add your store blog. Blog gives you the chance to make important substance for your clients. Utilize this as a promoting strategy to manage movement back to your site. Blog make better Your Website's SEO , Increase Traffic to Your Website through inbound links.

They are extremely powerful tools when it comes to strengthening your branding.

Hey @brides2babies , Your store looks great. Here are some suggestions:-
1. You can give product recommendations By personalizing the consumer shopping experience through gathered data, you can give better suggestions to your customers, which will then increase the likelihood that your customers will purchase a suggested product.
2. Add web push notifications, it will help you to retarget your customers even when they are not on your store. It will also reduce the abandoned cart rate.
3. Add a chatbot to make sure you never lose any of your customers. Every visitor can be your customer.
4. Start giving loyalty points on activities like on signing up, allowing for push notifications, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increase the retention rate.
5. You can add a countdown timer to create urgency for your promotions or offers with the countdown timer bar and motivate your customers to buy more from the store. It helps in increasing sales.
6. Add smart pop-ups. Make your store more engaging and interactive. If your store will be engaging then it will help you to capture visitors and convert them into paying customers which will help you to increase conversions.
If you would like to implement all these engagement features on your store I would suggest you to install AiTrillion.com. It has all the features in a single app and is a fully integrated app. It is all in one Shopify app. Plus you don't need to install multiple apps. You can check it out. I am sure you will find it useful.
I did visit your store and it looks great and has awesome products.
I did a flare check on the store and found 25 results indexed by google. But your website has more pages. Before you think of ranking you should ensure your pages are found (indexed by Google). So I would suggest getting your pages found by Google, Bing and other major search engines will be beneficial to you in terms of generating sales from organic searches.
You can submit your sitemap regularly to these major engines, or consider using a convenient tool like flare that offers many other major benefits.
Hope this was helpful.
My Pleasure! Happy to help you.
I'd be happy to give a few constructive pieces of advice and hope they are helpful.
The overall site looks good. However, there are two things that are not clear to me. Firstly, I know you are a flight attendant and a woman but I was unsure who your target market is? Is it all women? The name, 'brides2babies' confused it a little for me as it initially seemed to me as though it was a store for new mothers. On inspection I can see that although you sell some baby products, its not a site exclusively for new mothers. The second issue was the logo itself which is not very clear and difficult to see.
Given you have worked as a flight attendant it would make massive sense to me if they were your target market as you know what would resonate with them and what they would buy. And if other women also want to buy those products (aspirationally) then that's a good thing.
Having said that I like your products and there is some really unique stuff in there. I think a blog can help. Given the confusion (at least for me) regarding the brand and the market, you can use the blog to clear that up and hone your overall messaging.
Finally, I see that you have collected some customer reviews on site. This is a good thing. However, how interactive are you with customers and reviews? And by that I mean are you making sure to collect every review you can, respond to all reviews, authenticate reviews, and garner insights from reviews? If not, then get in touch with us at Syntellio as this is a space we're immersed in and can derive massive value to you here based on what we find with other businesses we have successfully been working with.
I hope this has been helpful.
Thanks for your feedback and the initial confusion is probably from my not including the word "from" at the start. However the reason I chose this was that I wanted to appeal to all women yes and I thought that by breaking down the collections into sections that would appeal to my target audience would let them see the right products. However I totally take on board your point and I think that initially all women from 22-45 is too large. I have been leaning towards targeting the market that I know which is the flight attendant one so I shall use them as my target now as you suggested. This feedback has prompted me to what I already knew in my heart but hadn't acted upon yet.
Thanks again for the suggestions.
