Hey Webloaded,

Though the store has a lot of potential but still, it looks quite congested due to the addition of many links and buttons in the same space. Some small modifications which can make it look even much more spacious and better are as follows:

  1. Another search bar need not be placed beside the logo when one is already a part of the dropdown menu on the top right of the header.
  2. The "Currency Converter" should be placed beside the Checkout, Cart and Wishlist for a more systematic header view.
  3. The correct order of arrangement of sidelinks on the top right of the header is as follows: Currency Converter, Checkout, Wishlist and Cart.
  4. The "All categories" section should be shifted somehow downwards beside the central banner for a well-organized view.
  5. Footer needs a little modification. All lower footer links need to be arranged vertically for better placement and orientation.
  6. The correct order of arrangement of the footer links should be as follows: Lower footer links, Men, Women, Babies & Kids, Pets, Contact Info.
  7. The newsletter and social links should be placed below all these footer links which looks quite well organized.
  8. Reviews need to be added below each product for improving customer choice.
  9. You can also install one of the most popular app Growwave which is all in one marketing platform that helps store owners increase conversions with ease.
  10. Finally, I would also recommend replacing the default search with an advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.

First, i have to say your site look quite attractive and clean, but still have some rooms for improvement :

  • Slider / Hero image is one of the most noticeable part of website and as i can see, your slider doesn't have any headline, description or CTA => it can effect the efficiency of this part. My recommendation is add some text / CTA ( shop now , check now , grab your chance now ) describe the content of the slider to urge  customer click on it
  • Add some space for your header ( image  )
  • Create a dark version of your logo to make it more readable on footer
  • Invest more content for about us, i will increase store's persuasion as well as conversion rate
  • One of the most important part of fashion business is size chart and seem like your store doesn't have it
  • Add countdown timer to sale product to increase FOMO effect
  • Remove the part of pricing after hover the product's image, i will look like something wrong happen with your product . It can be done be increase the padding of hover block ( image )

Hey @Sundia , Your store looks very captivating and you have a good collection. Here are some other suggestions:-

Start giving loyalty points on activities like on signing up, allowing for push notifications, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increase the retention rate.

Add a referral program. Referral marketing is a cost-effective way to gain new and loyal customers. Because people are social creatures, individuals that are referred to your company are much more likely to remain loyal customers.

You can add a countdown timer to create urgency for your promotions or offers with the countdown timer bar and motivate your customers to buy more from the store.  It helps in increasing sales.

Add a web push notification. It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. It can be sent even when customers are not on your store and bring back losing the customer to your store. You can also send an abandoned cart push notification, it helps to reduce the abandoned cart rate.

Regarding Facebook ads, while I know you're concerned about the virus, you don't actually have to wait for it to be over before you can start doing campaigns. Have you considered sourcing out from suppliers who aren't in China? Say ones from the EU and the US? You can use Spocket for this - you can search for alternatives on the app so you can start doing advertising now and get to selling. Viewing your items now, the platform more or else has the same items from your store. The upside this time around is that they come from the EU and the US, and so shipping times are faster.


You can try finding them by signing up for free on Spocket's website, and should you find that the alternatives suit your preferences, perhaps you can subscribe to a plan to start importing.

Great site here which does exactly what a shopping site should do. It's nicely set out and I found it easy to navigate through the different categories which all made sense. You have a good range of products on site also. 


The only thing that stands out to me is the lack of customer reviews on the site. Why do you not have any reviews so far? Even if you have no customers this is something that can be addressed early on. The benefit of this is that it will encourage all visitors to be tempted to buy as nothing convinces purchases as much as customer reviews. At Syntellio we can help with this.


The other question I had is why do you need to wait for coronavirus before advertising the store? I'd say get started anyway and see what happens - there is no perfect time to start :)

I have gone through your site. Though it looks good, there are quite a few things missing on your store which if added can really make a lot of difference to the user experience, conversion rate and your overall sales.


Logo & Favicon :

Logo & Favicon -- Your logo should highlight your brand name. Add a favourite icon so users can locate your webpage easily.



  1. Header -- Have a sticky header and a clear smart search bar to help users locate the products they're looking for.Also a slide out cart, a cart icon with item calculator must have features. Login icon must be there for buyer account creation before purchasing.
  2. Footer -- Optimize your footer with more professional and functional look and also highlight your newsletter sign up so people who follow your brand will receive more updates about promotions and sales. There are legal policy pages which are missing in the footer that must be included for authenticity and security purpose



A lot can be done to your homepage to make it more informative & attractive.

  1. Banners & Branding -- Add hero banner with prompt CTA buttons that syncs well with your store theme & branding. This banner should include info like free shipping, offers/deals like 50% off, etc
  2. Color, Font & Branding -- Over All Text, Font , Paragraph , Alignment , Spacing , Padding etc should be more elegant so that your store looks well-organized, neat and visually appealing. Maintain the same or similar colors and fonts throughout your store to keep your  branding intact 
  3. Featured Collection -- Add all the top featured collection on the homepage so users know the type of products you're selling on your store.
  4. Featured / Bestseller products -- Engage your customers by letting them know the bestseller products on your store                                     
  5. Testimonials -- They add to the trust factor as when customers see what other buyers have to say about your products, it makes them more sure about your brand.
  6. Highlight your USP -- What's unique about your brand that none of the other Shopify merchants have? This needs to be highlighted in your store presentation, features & more.
  7. Trust Badge on Home Page -- This is important as this helps to build trust and assures your customers that your brand is authentic

  1. Banner adding on Collection page -- Make your collection page stand out with interesting & creative collection banners
  2. Product filter for easy navigation -- Categorize & filter products by their size, color or type so users find product to product navigation easy.
