Start giving loyalty points on activities like on signing up, allowing for push notifications, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increase the retention rate.
Add a referral program. Referral marketing is a cost-effective way to gain new and loyal customers. Because people are social creatures, individuals that are referred to your company are much more likely to remain loyal customers.
You can add a countdown timer to create urgency for your promotions or offers with the countdown timer bar and motivate your customers to buy more from the store. It helps in increasing sales.

Regarding Facebook ads, while I know you're concerned about the virus, you don't actually have to wait for it to be over before you can start doing campaigns. Have you considered sourcing out from suppliers who aren't in China? Say ones from the EU and the US? You can use Spocket for this - you can search for alternatives on the app so you can start doing advertising now and get to selling. Viewing your items now, the platform more or else has the same items from your store. The upside this time around is that they come from the EU and the US, and so shipping times are faster.
You can try finding them by signing up for free on Spocket's website, and should you find that the alternatives suit your preferences, perhaps you can subscribe to a plan to start importing.

Great site here which does exactly what a shopping site should do. It's nicely set out and I found it easy to navigate through the different categories which all made sense. You have a good range of products on site also.
The only thing that stands out to me is the lack of customer reviews on the site. Why do you not have any reviews so far? Even if you have no customers this is something that can be addressed early on. The benefit of this is that it will encourage all visitors to be tempted to buy as nothing convinces purchases as much as customer reviews. At Syntellio we can help with this.
The other question I had is why do you need to wait for coronavirus before advertising the store? I'd say get started anyway and see what happens - there is no perfect time to start :)
