I started my store, www.shopdoggydogg.com, a few months ago and am doing pretty well I believe in driving traffic to my store, but I have only had 2 sales since starting my store with lots and lots of abandoned checkouts and add to carts. I have roughly 25 products on the store, but have focused on getting one product page right and converting at a good rate before working on all the other products. It is the Plush Doggy Dream Bed 2 and I am getting 5-15 add to carts and abandoned checkouts each day. I've tinkered with the checkout process and the product page but can't come up with why I'm having such trouble converting. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Had time to check your homepage only for now. This is what i think:
What I like about your homepage:
What could be improved:
Hey @cashman23,
I took a look at the checkout to see if I noticed anything, your shipping prices are very reasonable but you do have one thing missing - estimated shipping time. There was a store on here that we reviewed, they had a shipping calculator at the cart stage (which I appreciated), something you might consider. Here is a screenshot of their shipping calculator:
Another thing I'd recommend is working on the organization of your products. If I go Shop > Dog Clothes > Spring/Summer, the products on the page are a mixture of products, most of which are not clothing items.
The next thing I'd recommend is making sure that your store is stocked with winning products. A good product choice should have these qualities:
I have a lot more to say on this topic, but I cover it in our video so I'll leave it here for you to watch:
PS: If you decide to give Ecomhunt a try, here is our affiliate link: https://www.ecomhunt.com?afmc=2tp
Using our affiliate link does not cost you anything extra, it tells Ecomhunt we sent you and we may receive earnings for that referral.
My last recommendation is to spend some time on your SEO. By default, Shopify will pull your product titles and descriptions and use that as your SEO (that is what is happening in your case). You don't want to leave your SEO to default, you want to be intentional about the words you use so that you are reaching your intended audience. A common mistake in SEO is using the wrong words. You have to include words that a person trying to find your product would search in Google. We created a video walking you through how to do your SEO:

I just checked your store it looks great, specially the The Plush Doggy Dream Bed 2 ( product page, description, colors ...etc )
BUT it has a lot of issues too, that you nee to fix:
1- Options selector : The dropdown selector present a weak user experience it's making it hard for potential buyers to switch between variants and add to cart the right one, that why we recommend you to add images swatches that gives potential buyers to ability to switch between variants with images selector with one click only.
2- Skipping Cart: we wouldn't really recommend it. It increases the number of abandoned checkouts, refunds and confusion because customers cannot review or update their purchases. your store would looks scam for customers, but we have a great news for you, you can use drawer cart that helps you to look legit, let people add their info, and give customers the ability to check their cart.
3- Express checkout: Based on our experience with multi clients we realised that most people use credit card and paypal for payment, so if you checked your checkout page on phone ( which most visitors came from) you'll see that express checkout take over 30% off the page with useless buttons so recommend you to disable shop pay, google pay, keep only paypal. Then go online store > Themes > Actions > Edit Language , Go to Checkout Tab and click on ctrl + F and Type "Checkout alternative payment method banner " look for Or and type " Pay with credit card " In this way you'll let people know that there's paypal and credit card for payment when they in first step of checkout page.
4- Suggestion ( important
5- Recover Abandon Checkouts: Abandon checkouts became a nightmare for retailers, but there's a lot of ways that you can reduce abandon checkouts, the powerful one is re-marketing, As an experienced marketers at raed digital we used to deal with abandon checkout using facebook ads, google ads display, and email re-marketing automation and those are the best tools for re-marketing, you can also reduce abandon checkout by improving speed of your website and provide a high quality user experience.
