Modest apparel is definitely a trend on the rise right now.
I think your products appeal to a defined target audience - my impression is that the product images [especially on the homepage] are cropped out at angles not the most flattering. Consider showing the full models - people connect with other people, and seeing the faces of people wearing the clothing can help you boost your conversion further.
You didn't mention how you promote your store. As you have a defined niche, you should connect with your audience where they are at - relevant discussion groups, blogs, Instagram profiles etc.
Thanks, I will definitely start getting better photos up soon with the models' faces. I have been connecting with my audience on Facebook but am getting very little interaction. I've tried giveaways, daily posts, interactive posts, product posts, YouTube videos, and so on. It has increased traffic to my store, but no conversions. I'll try better photos and see how that goes. Thanks again.
The first thought I had while looking at your store is - you have a lot of blank space in the top section. It looks highly unprofessional. You can engage your visitors coming on your site by giving loyalty reward points which will increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value, chatbot, email marketing, web push notification, reviews and many others. It will help you to run your store smoothly and decrease the bounce rate.
Work on the header part and make the site easy to navigate. You can create a sticky header. Sticky header is something that remains fixed to the top of the website, and are visible even when you scroll down. It gives a better navigation experience to the user.
Really good job on launching your store. I think there isn't a ton to change, but I'm going to nitpick anyways, because there is always room for improvement :D.
One thing to consider is adding a sense of urgency. By using urgency, you can make your visitors feel like they are missing out unless they order immediately. The 'Fear of Missing Out' that they experience, will increase your ability to convert them into buyers. One app that can help you with that is https://apps.shopify.com/better-countdown . It really can make a big difference in getting your customers to buy from you
You might consider adding a blog. If you had a blog you would be able to drive more organic traffic to your store, plus it would help establish yourself as an expert.
You might consider adding reviews. Adding reviews would help your customers research the products they are going to buy. Plus if someone likes a product they bought from you they can leave a review.
Another thing you might want to add is an always visible buy button. The buy button is probably the most important button in your entire store and you need to make sure that your customer can always easily find it. If your customer needs to scroll all they waaay back up after reading your descriptions, they are more likely not to buy from you. A lot of people are very busy, and every extra step that you add is another reason why they might not want to buy from you. I recommend adding https://apps.shopify.com/better-sticky-checkout-button-increase-your-sales . It can help you make sure your buy button is always within a thumbs reach for your customer.
Overall your store looks really good, I think with just a little bit of time and effort you'll be able to create a really awesome store!

Hey Shop More Than a Fig Leaf,
It seems you have worked quite a lot, as the store is amazing and close to perfect. It has everything at its place from top to bottom but surely you can work on few aspects mentioned down below which will help you in settling UI and overall functionality which will build trust for visitors and eventually drive you a
lot better sales.
I would love to see an Account login/sign-in system, as it is a must for e-commerce.
For engaging new customers, you can add a section of best-selling products.
For some sales at the start, you need to offer some discounts to get going as a promotional offer.
Also, it would be great if you can create a seperate sale page for discounted products.
Also, You have around 51 products and sure you might add a few more as its just a start for your visitor might feel hard to find the right product.
Also, your search page is a bit off and empty https://shopmorethanafigleaf.com/search?q=. Don't you think if suggestions are offered to the searchbar, there will be a lot of chances for a visitor to buy from your store?
I would recommend replacing the default search with an advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.
Check out the features live here.
Sales Pop syncs your store's data to turn recent orders into sales notification popups on your storefront. This is Sales Pop's highest converting feature and is most commonly used on product pages, collection pages.
I hope my feedback will help you convert visitors into customers.
