I love your theme colours: grey and pink, you should use these main colours for your pop-up notification as well.
There are a few things you need to improve your site first.
As a visitor, I'm not sure what products you're offering and what you promise here. Please customize your page and make that things appeal to your visitor, using hero section, Heading, Subheading, Image, Slideshow would do that.
List of your collections should have images with the same size
2. Product page
This is where you convince your visitors to buy your products, so please add more detail about your products, add product reviews or assurance would be helpful. Product Price should have a different color. Compared prices and Stock Available can also give your visitors some triggers to make a buying decision
Also customize your product page with more content such as Video, Images, Testimonial, etc. If your theme don't have that, you can consider using page builder if you're not comfortable with coding.
3. About Us, Contact Us
This is where you give your customers the trust, so add more Media content such as images, video can help your page more lively, and also, using Heading and Subheading proper to point out your thought, only paragraph, plain text is not enough.

This will help you to entice customers and will increase the number of push subscribers, email subscribers. This will also help you in collecting the review. Store Loading Speed -- Store loading speed is very poor for mobile, need to improve speed immediately.
Customize your header and footer with specific functionalities. Your header should offer a smart toggle search bar where people can type in the products they’re looking.
Also, create a slide out cart, a cart icon with item calculator.
Add update policies pages like return,shipping,term and condition,faqs etc. at footer as well as optimize links.

Your Unique value proposition should be highlighted on your homepage. Add testimonial carousels, announcement bars, product slideshows and make your homepage SEO friendly to increase your site traffic and conversions.

Your customer views this page to have an in-depth view of the products and services you offer.
Make sure this page has a creative banner to enhance the visual appeal of your store, product reviews of all the products in your store, infinite scrolling to increase page views. announcement bars for highlighting promotions, events, deals and product labels like % off, ‘New Arrival’, ‘Sold Out’, etc.
Product Page --
Add interactive and user-friendly features like custom swatches, product zoom in, product reviews, unique product titles/descriptions, cart drawer and a sticky cart with a sticky add to cart and buy now button.
