This is my store wittyspirit.com. I have made multiple designs and have been running facebook ad campaigns using instagram placements. My concern is that i am getting around 23k impressions and 100 link clicks but none is getting converted to sales. And also around 5-7 people reach till checkout for each campaign. kindly suggest proper improvements that can be done to convert these customers.
The Header: Your header is already sticky which is good. But you can still improve it by showing the full search bar, it should be useful for customers to find the search easier.
Banner: You are showing 3 banners which are not enough. The banner images are not so good and not attractive to customers. You should consider new designs for banners. The CTAs on each banner is also important, every banner should have at least one CTA.
The Product list(should have): you can add a list of the product on this page. Customers can make actions like checking product information or adding to cart on the Homepage without going to the product page.
Featured Product (should have): this section is just like the product list but only focuses on one product, which can be useful to boost this product’s sales. A countdown timer can be useful to urge customers to make decisions faster.
Testimonials section (need improvement): the testimonial section does not have the image content. This is a fashion store so your customers’ image review should be very useful.
Your Product page:
The product images: you are using stock images which are not effective anymore. Try to take your own pictures with the products, it can be useful to prove the products’ source and quality.
Review sections (need improvement): this is one of the most essential sections on the Product page. Just like the testimonial sections, the section does not have the image content or any other reviews. You can encourage customers to write reviews by giving them discounts or any other rewards.
Color Swatches (should have): it is a must-have feature on any fashion store. The swatches should improve the page’s visual and the customer's experience when purchasing.
Delivery date (should have): customers need to see the day they can receive the product. So try to give them a shipping date on the Product page.
Cross-sell and Upsell: you can try more strategies to sell your product. For example: selling with discounts when customers buy in a bundle.

A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increasing the retention rate.
