Have some initial thoughts based on your site.

Homepage Feedback

    1. I might tweak the design in a few spots: main menu links are smaller then they could be. Images under "GREEN CLEANING JUST GOT EASIER" are small and hard to see. I would work with a designer to tweak the page and make it easier to read and flow. The layout needs some work

    2. Would be nice if your "Contact Us" link when to a page I can see or copy your email. The link opens Mac Mail, when I use Google Business for my work email. This would make it easier for people to contact you

Product Page  Feedback

    1. When I pick different refill set amounts, pricing does not change for me. I know the starter kit is free but what does 2 refill sets/ month cost me? This section could use some UX work to make it easier and more clear around pricing

    2. Make sure each product has 3 - 5 images as that will help someone decide if they want to purchase. Add some lifestyle photos of people using the product in their home

    3. I could see video working well for this brand. Maybe even offer tips and tricks on how to use the product.

Hi @BirdieGolden

Hey nice job on your store. Honestly it's quite good, I like it a lot. There are a few tiny things I would change.

Did you think about adding a blog. A blog could be used to drive more traffic to your store, and you could also use it to recommend potential products that your customer could buy.

After browsing your store I noticed I wasn't able to find a sense of urgency. Imagine you are a customer browsing an online store. Maybe you are ready to buy maybe you aren't. But there is a good chance you aren't in the buying mood at the moment. If you add a sense of urgency to your store it can help more of your customers to buy, and have them buy faster. One way you can do so is by adding .

Did you think about adding an always visible buy button. Every extra step that a customer has to go through, makes it more likely for them not to buy from you. If you are getting a lot of customers coming to your store, but not buying, one of the reasons might be that it is just a bit too hard. If you can make your buy button always visible (especially important when people are on their phones), it can help more of your customers want to buy from you, I wrote an app that can help with that .

But seriously your store is actually really great, and I think just a few minor tweaks could really go a long way.

Just so you know (I had to do it), I wrote a series of emails that might help you with some tips for making your store better (I get into the weeds there).

Hey, here are some suggestions you can work on:-

1. Give rewards to your customers. By offering rewards for completing actions like making a purchase or following you on social media, you show your customers that you care about how they engage with you and want to thank them for it. This encourages them to do it again in the future, transforming them into valuable repeat customers.

2. You can start giving loyalty points to your customers on different activities like signing up, visiting a store, making a purchase, allowing for push notifications. This will help you to entice your customers and retain them. You can reward your customers in order to redeem those points. When you will give points to them they will come again in the future to make a purchase in order to redeem those points. This encourages repeat purchases and helps in retaining your customers.

3. The referral program is very helpful when it comes to good word of mouth and brand awareness. It is one of the successful marketing strategies.

I am open to further discussion.
