I've been trying to connect with your support for more than 24 hours but this is quite frustrating. Even looking for a number or a chat support is EXTEMELY HARD! PLANNING TO MOVE MY SITE NOW TO ANOTHER PLATFORM.
I requested a refund the other day from a useless app SHOUTOUT and right when I read that the refund was processed, I got a message from our socials that the site is unavailable. This went on the whole day getting messages of the site unavailable. Which meant lost sales. I've sent emails and looked how I can get support when I COULDN'T LOGIN TO MY BACKEND but I kept going on circles to your useless "Contact Support" page.
