Search bar not working in Debut theme

Hi! 

I haven't launched my shopify store yet, but the search bar is not working in the debut theme. When I click on the search icon, nothing happens. Anyone have a solution to this?

• When did this issue start?
• Have you added or removed any apps recently, if so, what ones?
• Have you modified any themes files? 
• What is the URL of your store?

Thank you for helping! 

I have almost completed the website and was looking over all the features making sure everything is working properly and just noticed it didn't work. I have currently three apps, Oberlo, Shogun, and Loox; I had very recently downloaded Loox and have had the other two for awhile now. I had recently downloaded a different app but didn't like it and removed it. I believe the app was called Ali reviews. 

I am not good with the theme files i believe I might have attempted to modify one part of it a long time ago, then reset it to the original.
