Thanks for the reply mate! Just a couple questions:

1. How can this be done? Is this a very technical job?

2. Any way specifically to improve design?

Thanks, LaceVault

I loved your products. They are truly a head-turner. Looks like you have a unique idea and a good structure so far. I noticed certain improvement areas in your store that need immediate attention. I can offer a few suggestions for your store’s benefit. Things like how you can acquire, scale, convert and retain your visitors and customers.

You can add loyalty points and referral, it increases repeat purchase and customer lifetime value with points and rewards that give customers more reasons to return to your store. Encourage them to Share and Refer their friends to your store. It will help you to collect & display customer reviews, photos, and Q&A, to increase your trust as well as conversion rate. This will help in engaging your visitors and converting them into paying customers.

I think its looking really good man. From a design perspective, there's some real nice asthetics going on!

Interested to know what app/theme you used for the video player? It looks awesome quality and that is something I definitely want to get going on a couple of sites I'm developing.

Thank you, really appreciate it! I'm using the theme "Narrative", its very sleek looking and best of all its free. Do you mean the video player at the top of the home page? That can be used in the slideshow at the top of the home page (implemented by the theme), though the video doesn't seem to work on mobile, so you can put a good photo there in its place as well. Best of luck!

Hi @lacevault

Overall I think your shopify store looks pretty good, But I noticed a couple of things that you might consider adding.

Another thing you might want to add is reviews. Adding reviews would help your customers research the products they are going to buy. Plus if someone likes a product they bought from you they can leave a review.

Also I noticed that you don't have an always visible buy button. The buy button is probably the most important button in your entire store and you need to make sure that your customer can always easily find it. If your customer needs to scroll all they waaay back up after reading your descriptions, they are more likely not to buy from you. A lot of people are very busy, and every extra step that you add is another reason why they might not want to buy from you. I recommend adding . It can help you make sure your buy button is always within a thumbs reach for your customer.

I wasn't able to find a blog. A blog could be used to drive more traffic to your store, and you could also use it to recommend potential products that your customer could buy.

After carefully reviewing I don't see a sense of urgency. One of the main reasons why people don't buy from a store is because they feel like they can buy it whenever. A big thing that can help more of your visitors be turned into buyers would be by adding a sense of urgency to your store. One way to add urgency is to have a sale, and all sales need an end date. You can easily add a sale to your store with a countdown timer. One countdown timer that I recommend is .

You might consider adding a FAQ section. Customers often times will want a lot of information before they make a decision to purchase. Adding an FAQ section with information about things like shipping rates, returns, and anything else relevant can help your customer more easily make a decision to purchase

An important thing I couldn't find is social media links. Creating some social media accounts can be a great way to drive organic traffic to your store.

Overall your store looks really good, I think with just a little bit of time and effort you'll be able to create a really awesome store!
