Hi everyone, 

I recently launched my site and I'm looking for outside feedback on my store to better improve it. If you have some time to spare, please look over it and tell me what you think.

Everything looks great few improvements i need to suggest.

Add Refund policy  and Privacy policy at bottom of home page.
There are no trust badges try to add .

->A buy button gives your customers more convenient ways to purchase.
->The Wishlist feature on a website allows a user to mark items they are interested in and revisit these items at a later date and they will buy.

->Recently viewed products 
It is always required to show recently viewed products to your customers in order to remind again about that product. Here we have added option to show recently viewed products to your customers even if they are not signed-in on shop and product page.

Customer reward program is a customer retention strategy that motivates customers to continue buying from your store instead of competitors.
Here are benefits of a reward program
1. Improves customer retention
2. Increases customer lifetime value and repeat business
3.Boosts revenue

Add social logins which  can make the registration- or subscription process easier, and therefore faster.

I had viewed your website shortly and here are some of my points that I hope useful and you can implement on it easily.

Add About Us: It is an opportunity where your visitors get to know your company. This is a chance for your customers' to introduce yourself and the kind of business you can do to your customers. And, Having a good About Us page will attract more backlinks to your website and indirectly help on SEO and help on improving the search engine ranking.

Increase your followers on social media pages, If you want to reach your service/product to viewers use hashtags.

Add Testimonials: Creating a genuine testimonials are trust worthy. This is the one kind of marketing communication b/w customer and business person. So you can add efficiently.

Add Blog: You know creating/adding of blogs gives you a great way to generate fresh content on a website and provide a catalyst for email marketing, social media promotion to drive search traffic to your website.

I hope you will get my points. Otherwise, Great work you have done.

1, Add search bar to your header so customers can proactively search for what the want, in case they get lost while scrolling through the store

2, Use images that can showcase your products better - this is what customers are here for. If you have more than 1 images to showcase, you can also try using slideshow for your banner

3, Same button should have the same styling and effect. In this case, I will recommend using the first styling so the button looks standing-out even without hovering

4, Add review/ testimonial section to your home page. This helps increase your store’s trustworthiness and make customers feel at ease when they are buying from your store. You can refer to a template here as an example: https://pagefly.link/uXVPvnbg

5, Add Add to cart button into your product list. This encourages customers to buy your products and increase conversion rate.

- Add a separate page of shipping policy in the footer.

- Add a collection section with 3-4 products on the homepage.

- Add a section of trending and new products. This attracts customers to make a purchase from the store.

Congratulations on launching your store! I've taken a look through and have some feedback for you.

POD PRODUCTS
This is something we see very commonly on the forums. People tend to start shops selling Print on demand (POD) designs on hoodies, shirts, mugs, tote bags and etc. Print on demand products tend to work well for people with large followings. Ie. popular YouTubers, Instagram influencers, etc. When you don’t have an existing following of fans that want to wear your merch, it’s a hard sell.
The POD design mistakes we see most commonly are:

  1. Designs that are already commonly sold
  2. Brands using their own logo (when no one knows who they are)
  3. Unique designs, however, there is no demand for that type of product (and no one knows about them.)

When you are an unknown brand, it’s really difficult to sell POD products. As you know, mugs can be purchased offline in hundreds retail stores as well as online through thousands and thousands of online stores. When a person is searching for a mug or even a design your own mug service in Google, big companies with massive marketing budgets are who is showing up in search results and who you are competing with for customers.

Now, a person can complete IF they give people a reason to purchase from them vs. the other guys. An example of this might be someone who sells locally, their "reason" as to why you should purchase from them vs the other guy is because they are local and a lot of people are passionate about shopping local .In addition to this, they can also get products to their customers faster and can offer incentives such as free local delivery. I would think about all your "whys" and what sets you apart and use that in your marketing and in the text in your store. 

If you cannot find a way to set yourself apart in the market, it is time to move on to a different product. What we recommend is selling winning products. A winning product choice should have these qualities:

  1. High demand. Look for "problem fixing products".
  2. Not easily accessible. Look for products that are not available in stores or online through big retailers or Amazon.
  3. Popular. Look for trending products.
  4. Good profit margin. We recommend 3x what it costs you for the product.

SHIPPING
You need to add in an estimated shipping time at checkout. For some people, shipping time can be a deal breaker so they won’t proceed with their purchase without that information.
If you are concerned that displaying longer shipping times will turn people off, what I would say is long-term, you want happy customers so it's better to say up front, "hey, this could take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive" rather than not giving a shipping time and then getting an email 2 weeks later from an unhappy customer wondering where their package is.

HOMEPAGE BANNER
That main banner area is prime real estate for selling.  One of the keys of selling is getting inside your customers head, what problem do they have that you can solve? Or what is it that they desire that you provide? Use words or phrases that they do to show that you understand their needs. We recommend using this type of text in your banner. For the format, we recommend having a professional photo of your products, a title introducing your brand or product, a line of text underneath that expands on your title and a call to action button such as "Shop Now". Here is an example:

POWERED BY SHOPIFY
This is completely optional but if you’d like to remove the text “Powered by Shopify” at the bottom, here is how to do it:

SHIPPING PRICE
I would recommend trying to reduce your shipping costs. You can do this by upping your product price to absorb some of the cost or looking for an alternative supplier.
