I think you've done an excellent job with your site design and layout so far! I especially love the video on the about page. It's such a nice touch to add something a bit more involved for your customers to learn more about your business.
Have you considered sharing some more of your story on the about page? For example, how you got to becoming an artist, or the moment you decided this would be a business. People love being able to find a human connection with a store, so if your store resonates with them it may help to boost customer loyalty and sales! One aspect of the design I was wondering about was the choice for the green accents? The colour doesn't appear to match any images you have on the site. This can give it the impression of being added out of no where. It's not a problem to have an accent colour, however it will usually be repeated in images or the store logo to tie everything back together.
All of the above being said, it's very often not about the site people are landing on, but how they got there. How are you currently advertising your store and business to the public? If your ads aren't focused on a group of people who will be most interested in your products, you may be wasting your efforts. While it's great to find ways to boost traffic, you do always want to remain aware of where that traffic is coming from. Not all traffic is created equal, as this blog post explains in a bit more detail.

This is Pantelis from AskBeat. First of all, I'd like to say that you have done a great job with your store. The store looks good both on computers and mobile devices, the product images are clear and look very professional and the presence of testimonials help build credibility.
Since the main issue you mention is the high bounce rate, I would suggest breaking down the bounce rate by traffic source (organic, paid etc) in your analytics. Is the bounce rate high for all traffic sources? Or is it high from a specific source? A high bounce rate from paid traffic (e.g. from search ads) may indicate that the ads attract irrelevant traffic, so perhaps you should check the copy of the ads and also filter out some irrelevant traffic using negative keywords.
I have also noticed that you offer a coupon and the chance for a free product for visitors that subscribe to your email list. There is some friction in the process of subscribing. When clicking on the banner, people are redirected to the contact us page and they are instructed to add their email using the form in the footer. I would suggest making this process simpler by showing a popup where customers can enter their email address directly after clicking on the banner. There are several apps in the shopify app store that allow you to create email popups.
Some tips regarding pop-ups:
Finally, I would propose surveying your visitors before leaving your store, in order to identify issues that prevent them from further browsing. There are several apps that offer exit pop-ups in which you may add your survey link.

1. Home Page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this.
-Popular Products ( 4-8 Max ) I would only use 4
-Newsletter sign up box
2. The header menu looks incomplete.
3. Add slider images in the first fold of the homepage.
Other than that you should add some tools in your store which will help you to increase conversions and engagement:-
1. Add an FAQ page so that visitors with questions don’t need to send you an email or call you to get a question answered.

It’s a powerful and effective marketing tool adopted by online businesses to reach out to and interact with their audience, keep them updated about any important information, announcing sales and offers, and eventually driving more eCommerce conversions.
4. You can add a countdown timer to create urgency for your promotions or offers with the countdown timer bar and motivate your customers to buy more from the store. It helps in increasing sales.

My store was open on 1st Feb, 2020 and every day i see the traffic around 150-250.
But there is not sales. I mean conversion of viewer to customer is not there. Have i missed something.

I have gone through your site. Though it looks good, there are quite a few things missing on your store which if added can really make a lot of difference to the user experience, conversion rate and your overall sales.
