Thanks for reaching out to us today. No problem, it looks like that's due to a minor formatting issue; this can happen if you haven't entered the account including the https:// section of the link, like so:
Without the https, the Shopify system assumes that it's an internal link leading to a page on your own website. If you make sure that part of the link is included, it'll take your customers to those external social media channels - it should look like so:
Once you've made that change, your customers will be able to visit your social media channels as intended!
