Hi, I launched a women clothing store about 2 weeks ago and I have been advertising on FB ($5 a day) only and have an Instagram account posting couple post daily.

I am getting about 50 visitors daily and slowly increasing and some customers reached checkout but still no sale.

Can you please check if I am missing anything? ? I am trying to focus on trendy workwear and kids clothing is this too broad? Would be lovely if i can get some advise! Thanks

Hello Annakana78
You are dealing in a very beautiful set of clothes but there needs a lot of improvement in your store. There's no slider image. Add slider images which will help you display the uniqueness of your business or discount offers.

The header and footer should be improvised so that the store looks more appealing and attractive

Every collection should be organized in the best way possible.

Hello. I have some recommendations for you, especially for driving sales. You should use the apps fro increasing brand trust, for the sales. Probably people do not yet believe your online service that is why they don't make purchases. Use Nextsale app for trust-building. It is the best one among competitors by considering the price and features. It is so affordable. You pay one price and get all social proof & urgency tools. However other competitor plugins offer different prices separately for each tool. That is why it is a newly created app preferred by many store owners. First, you have free access for the plugin for 14days. After it, you can continue with a paid plan. If you don't want, you can say in free but will get limitations of usage within days.

Click the link below and try the app for free!  Good luck with your store :)

Hi Annakana,

Your store looks really beautiful and have really cute products .I reviewed your store and I would suggest you to improve few things to become more user friendly as it builds additional level of trust with the customer , here are some of my feedbacks that you can implement on the site easily . With a little patience and some tips, you can reach good amount of sales.

  1. In the UI part, Get yourself a professional logo designed. This will add brand value to your store.
  2. When we reloads a page we see a search icon on the right which after few seconds overlaps with currency converter which tends to misfunctioning of Search bar which is a must for an e-commerce and Currency converter and even Account login which makes hard to rely as a visitor.
  3. Make sure your social media pages opened at the new tab instead of the same tab. This will ensure your customers stay on your website while looking at your social presence.
  4. Further to increase your average order value you can add another section of Frequently Bought/Clicked/Trending/Bestselling products on your home page.
  5. Baymard Institute cites that more than 68% of online shopping carts are abandoned. If you're suffering from lots of traffic and little sales due to abandoned carts, you're not the only one— and PushOwl could be the answer you're looking for. Automated abandoned cart push notifications can help you increase sales and re-engage visitors to your site who have left.
  6. You can convert more traffic into qualified leads and customers from the app .SiteKit fast-tracks your business growth by turning visitors into subscribers and customers with lead generation campaigns and high-converting tools.
  7. The default search landing page is bit off, I mean it's empty You can show products on that page as well by simply updating the default search on the website with different search solution.
  8. Lastly, You have over 110 products. I would strongly recommend to replace the default search with advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction and other such feature. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users. Check out the features live here.

I hope my feedback will help you converting visitors into customers.

May it rains customers and orders,

Neha :)

Sparq is a fast and beautiful product filter and search solution for Shopify store owners. It allows store owners to add a custom tag, metadata, or variant based filters on their collection page and upgrade their default search to an extremely fast, more user-friendly and feature-rich search.

Great start but your store is going to need some work if it wants to compete. Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase.

Homepage Feedback

    1. I would clean up the design of your homepage and feature less product on the page. Also make a bit bigger and easier to see

    2. I would delay the 10% off popup to one minute to give me a bit more time to look around the homepage

    3. Carousels have been proven to kills conversions rates ...limit how much you use the one on your site. No one is going to wait around to see what is on each sliders

    4. Maybe I missed it but I don't see your contact email anywhere

    5. Make sure the main product images for each product has the same theme / style as some have model and others don't right now right now. This is going to help tie your site together when people are looking at your collection pages

    6. Consider adding a Featured Product section on the homepage (i.e. XY Of The Month). Pick one products and tell people why you picked it and what makes it great

Product Page  Feedback

    1. Move the sizing chart off your product pages and make a new page for this. That way you can link to it from your product pages and in the footer. This will clean up your page and make it look more professional

    2. Your whole product description needs a redesign and it's messy and looks unprofessional right now. Research how other brands layout this section if you are unsure what to do

    3. Add a longer product description as this is how you convince someone to buy on your site. Plus it helps with SEO and ranking in organic search

    4. ASOS and other leading fashion brands are doing little fashion videos for their product pages. Something you could film on an iPhone or latest Android and add to your site.

Your store just needs some tweaks to take it up a level.  Hope you found this helpful, if so please click "like" below to let me know.
