Congratulations for your store!

Hope following suggestions will help you

  • Redesign your popup and make it small. It should appear with home page after sometimes and also check mobile responsiveness 
  • Mobile Speed Need to Improve, Currently 37-45 .
  • Overall Font, Color, Spacing, Alignment need to adjust. Example of Nice Home page
  • Open your social profiles at new tab
  • Add Custom Slider(Hero banners) with Call to Action
  • Add Trust Badge
  • Highlight your USP
  • Add Promotional banner on collection page - You can show images of featured, bestseller or popular products on the collection page banner. Example of Good Collection Page
  • Add Product filter for easy navigation - Categorize & filter products by their size, colour or type so users find product to product navigation easy.Example of Ideal Product Page
  • Do Cart Page Modification : discount code , Gift wrapping , additional cart notes , delivery date picker, i agree with terms and conditions, trust badges, etc. - Personalize your customer's shopping experience with these features on your cart page.
  • Do some on page SEO and Index all your products at Google

Congrats on putting up a really fine store. Just my two cents, be active on the social platforms, and on the blog page as you are doing. Consistency of great content will earn rewards for you eventually. In my view, You have ticked all the boxes right for your store. I would suggest try to do some video content as well as it has a tendency to go viral and catch more eye-balls.

Just take a look at your website and have some comments below:

- This new arrival part is good, but you have to add more information like its price, its materials.

- Maybe you're showing too many products on your home page. Try to reduce some if you can. 

- Don't let your customers scrolling too much on any page, I've experienced that on the home page. 

- Have seen your Instagram, why don't try to connect your Instagram to your store to create a gallery. Check this app Shoppable Instagram Gallery if you like. It also allows you to tag products on photos. 

- You can consider adding some parts like popups or bundles to increase your sales.

  1. Clear CTAs - help to show what to do next. Hero banner on your homepage is a key to make a connection with every visitor. You should clearly communicate what your website is about.
  2. Branding - clearly show your company branding. Logo, brand colors, brand fonts - should be the same across websites, emails, and social profiles. A key part of building your brand is making it recognizable. 
  3. Social proof - an incredibly powerful sales and lead generation tool. 
  4. Engaging images - you need them on your homepage to give visitors a sense of what your business is about. Images help you to tell a story and show visitors what they can gain from your product. For a product website think about how images can convey the value of your product and help your visitors to achieve their goals.
  5. Try adding SEO related high search keywords in your title and product description so that it will be very easy to market your products and display them at the top in google search.
  6. Homepage designs guides your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on homepage layout design.  Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided.
  7. Imagine if you saw something that you quite like in the store, however you want to browse more, get more options, and then choose the best one. That often happens to me, because I am indecisive. That is when Wishlist comes in handy. Since you have a lot of products on your site, I recommend adding that feature to improve the user experience on your site. Besides, if the items on the wishlist have not been purchased, automated emails will be sent out as a reminder.
  8. Social media has become a huge thing nowadays. I highly recommend taking advantage of that and adding Instagram galleries on your homepage. It will help drive traffic from your site on to your account and vice versa.
  9. Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer
  10. The items in your store are something that every person will need in their lives. Therefore, I recommend using a Referral program by Growave to give your customers an opportunity of sharing your products with friends and getting rewarded for that.
  11. The sale you have seems to be a nice deal, however, when you make such a big amount off it might devalue your product. People always need to know why you have made such sales, is it a seasonal sale? or is it because there is no demand for it? Does that mean the product is bad? 

    Instead of giving a discount for nothing, give them rewards for completing certain actions on your store ex. for creating accounts, for leaving a review, for sharing your site, for spending money on your site. It is not difficult for a user to do and you will get so many actions on your site, and you are having discounts anyway.

After spending few minutes on your store, I have to say that your store so modern and such a beautiful images product also. Moreover, I have some suggestions on your Product Details page that you can try more to boost it up.

1. Product Image

Basically, each product needs at least 5 images to be properly evaluated, which could be grouped into 3 types:

  • Images that show products “in scale”: Providing images with its surroundings gives people a sense of its proportion and how it fits in their own space.
  • Lifestyle images: These help people associate the product with a desirable lifestyle.
  • Images that show products from a few different angles

Your current images have still only 1 angle, as a customer I'm not happy with that to make purchase for it.

2. Cross sell

Product recommendation is a sensitive thing. If there’s not enough data to personalize the section with precision, consider omitting it. It will help you a lot when you want to boost your conversion rate on your store.

3. Payment, Shipping sections

  • Always include estimated shipping cost and shipping date
  • Be cautious when using “Free delivery”. Try to avoid surprising people with additional costs on “Free deliver” products. 
  • If a product is available for “Free delivery”, place the badge near the “Buy” button

4. Review sections

I would highly recommend you add Review at the bottom of your page. It will encourage customer to buy your product cause there is a lot of people bought it so it will be more trusthy.
