The customers can't see their notes

Hi there,

When our customers check out, usually they will leave a note to pick up their selection of the products and/or some special instruction. We can see the notes from our side. However, the customers can't see the notes in their orders.  So usually they will send us a separated email to check if the note goes through and send their selection and instruction to us again. 

Please let the customers know their notes in their order confirmation email and in their order summary so both sides will be on the same page. Otherwise, if the customer don't record what they enter in the notes for their selections/ instructions. there will be trouble in the future.

Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, we as the seller could see the notes that the customers leave when they check out. However, it's better that the customers could see their notes after they place their orders. Usually they won't write down their notes somewhere else or do screenshots for their notes. Sometime they forget what they enter into the notes. If they could see their notes, there is no confusion or misunderstanding for their orders in the future when they receive their orders. If the notes could be seen by both sides of the transaction, everyone will be on the same page. 

If possible, please let the customers see their notes either through order confirmation email or in their account (order history) @ Shopify.
