Hi all, I would love some feedback on my store please.  I am still adding items for the different types of decor that are out there, but I would love some help.  Should I do my own backend, or should I use an app that does that like Smart7 fulfillment?  Facebook won't let me add ads, it keep saying I have to change admins.. Please any info would be greatly appreciated------

Hi @Trisha66

There are a couple of things I might consider adding to your store, but overall good work

One thing you might want to add is a FAQ section. If your customer can't find an answer to their questions they may not buy from you. Adding an FAQ section will help to add trust, and make it so your customer doesn't need to leave your site, to find an answer to their question.

Another thing to consider is adding a return policy. Oftentimes when a customer buys something from you it won't be completely right, it would help to have a return policy

Did you think about adding a sense of urgency. One of the main reasons why people don't buy from a store is because they feel like they can buy it whenever. A big thing that can help more of your visitors be turned into buyers would be by adding a sense of urgency to your store. One way to add urgency is to have a sale, and all sales need an end date. You can easily add a sale to your store with a countdown timer. One countdown timer that I recommend is .

One thing to consider is adding reviews. Adding reviews would help your customers research the products they are going to buy. Plus if someone likes a product they bought from you they can leave a review.

I wasn't able to find a contact form. If you have a contact form it will help add trust to your store, and the more trust you can build with your customers, the more likely they will be to buy from you.

After carefully reviewing I don't see a blog. If you had a blog more customers might be able to find your site, and even if they aren't ready to buy at the moment they are reading your blog, they are more likely to buy from you in the future.

Overall your store looks really good, I think with just a little bit of time and effort you'll be able to create a really awesome store!

By the way, I created an email course at (I'm not selling anything) that might help you optimize your store.

Hi @Trisha66

At the moment your website isn't ready for any type of paid advertising. Its missing a few things needed.

  • Easy navigation
  • Flow
  • Build trust
  • Build connection

Until you have these things I wouldn't run adds

Some really great things I like about your website. I'll also email you full review of the website right now so look out for that.
