I am trying to login to my account and I am getting 'We were unable to authenticate you'. I have read through the FAQ's and noticed that you suggested to someone else that was having the same issue to try 3 things.
- clear caches
- use a different server to login
- use incognito mode in Google Chrome.
I have tried all 3 options and they do not work.

- Reboot your device - we've seen some merchants do this and this has helped them login to their account.
- Make sure to check any capitalization in your login email during the login process - we have seen this also effect logins for some merchants.
- Try a different device to login.
