Hey Gashdia,

The increased statistics are an indication that the visitors are interested in exploring your store. However, some flaws are preventing them from getting converted into customers. So, store optimization is quite necessary. The following are my suggestions for a much better and professional store look.

  1. A proper header template should be created for highlighting discounts and shipping offers.
  2. The newsletter should be shifted to the footer instead as it occupies a lot of space.
  3. Utilize the newsletter space for adding Instagram images and testimonials for better brand promotion.
  4. I would love to see an Account login/sign-in system, as it is a must for an ecommerce.
  5. Login, when added, should be placed beside the cart and search bar for a more systematic header look.
  6. For depicting site uniqueness, bestsellers are a must.
  7. Discounts need to be added for better customer engagement.
  8. "Sale" section should be created for all discounted products.
  9. Social links need to be added for better customer association.
  10. Reviews need to be added below each product for better customer choice.
  11. You should add terms and condition and FAQ’s if any, again these also help in building search engine content. 
  12. You can also install one of the most popular app Growwave which is all in one marketing platform that helps store owners increase conversions with ease.
  13. Finally, I would also recommend replacing the default search with an advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.

The footer menu seems to be empty. Add quick links that is shipping policy, privacy policy, refund policy. Add social media links. If there are add to cart but no sales you should definitely start notifying your customers when they abandoned your cart. This can be done in many ways. You can send them an abandoned cart push notification or an abandoned cart email. This will reduce your cart abandonment. Not only this you can also start rewarding your customers with loyalty points when they come back to recover the abandoned cart.

- You should increase the engagement on your store. Start using a loyalty program and referral program to entice your customers. It will help you build a loyal customer base. You can give loyalty points to your customers on activities like signing up, allowing for web push notifications, make a purchase, visiting a store and many more. This will help in doubling the sales as when you give loyalty points to your customers they will come again on your store to make a purchase in order to redeem those points. You can give rewards to your customers to redeem those points.

I could see this doing well , I’ve gone through your store and found that there are quite a few things missing on your store which if added can really make a lot of difference to the user experience, conversion rate and your overall sales. Here is a page-by-page/sectional review of your site:


Header & Footer :

Customize your header and footer with specific functionalities. Your header should be sticky header and offer a smart search bar where people can type in the products they’re looking for.  Example of Good Header 

Also, create a slide out cart, a cart icon with item calculator and let your social links open in a new tab so your customers don’t have to leave your store to check your social media pages. Add Policy pages in your footer section for the store security purpose and your newsletter must be highlighted so people who follow can have the your brand can subscribe to receive more updates.


Home Page :

A lot can be done to your homepage to make it more informative & attractive. Add hero banner with prompt CTA buttons that syncs well with your store theme & branding. This banner should include info like free shipping, offers/deals like 50% off, etc. Below the hero banner, create categories for all your products in a slider that engages customers. Your Unique value proposition should be highlighted on your homepage. Add testimonial carousels, announcement bars, product slideshows, featured collections, display instagram feed and make your homepage SEO friendly to increase your site traffic and conversions.  Example of Nice Home page  


Collection Page :

Your customer views this page to have an in-depth view of the products and services you offer. Make sure this page has a creative banner to enhance the visual appeal of your store, product reviews of all the products in your store, infinite scrolling to increase page views,,2nd image on Hover,announcement bars for highlighting promotions, events, deals and product labels like % off, ‘New Arrival’, ‘Sold Out’, etc.  Example of Good Collection Page 


Product Page :

Add interactive and user-friendly features like custom swatches, product zoom in, product reviews, unique product titles/descriptions, cart drawer and a sticky cart with a sticky add to cart and buy now button. Example of Ideal Product Page

Integrations on your store :

How do you plan to monitor your site performance and track conversions? 

Simply set up and integrate Google Analytics, Facebook Conversion tracking and Google Search Console with your store and get to know who is visiting your store, their demographics, which of your Facebook page viewer converts into your buyer and your store’s ranking, impressions & clicks  on Google. 


Besides these tracking methods, make sure the following is included on your store:

  1. Include live chat option that is visible on every page of your store to keep your customers happy and retain them.
  2. Update your site with all the policy documents -- the privacy policy, FAQ, terms and conditions, return and shipping policy templates and have a separate blog page.  Sample
  3. There needs to be a strong color coordination among all the colors used on your store. Try to use the same or similar colors used in your logo throughout your store and in the social media business page banner or cover picture you create.
  4. Create a sense of urgency with countdown timer, ‘only 1 left’ features  and promotional banners highlighting ‘sale expiry’.
  5. Ensure your store speed is optimized. You can do this by checking your google page speed score. Minify codes that are redundant or apps that are slowing down the site speed.  Make your site mobile-friendly. Sample
  6. Remove the ‘Powered by Shopify’ icon in the footer section to make your store look more professional.
  7. Optimize your user experience with easy navigation, proper spacing, alignment, font and color coordination.

Hey there 


You've got a great site with some great products on there. The quality of your site suggests its safe to buy from there. However, the nature of some of your products are very personal (i.e. jewellery and watches). Those are things that people will wear and  they will be a 'part of them'. As such, I would imagine people want to make absolutely sure what the items are like and that they are quality. Customers will want to get an absolute sense of what they 'feel' like - I know I would. 

Consequently, I think the problem with your website is that you dont have any reviews for any of the products on your site yet. This may be a chicken and egg situation (need sales to get reviews, but need reviews to get sales), or you may have customers and not collected reviews from them. Either way, I think this is your basic problem - especially given you are getting prospective customers coming to your site, just not converting - they're not seeing the social proof.

I'm going to be brutally honest.


Your products are blatantly Chinese dropshipping items. You use the exact AliExpress descriptions for the item names and descriptions instead of trying to actually market the product as something of value. Worse, by using the exact name, I was able to look those items up and see how cheap they were and how much you were trying to mark the prices up. Take the "CIVO Luxury Gold Ladies Watches Women Watches Clock Stainless Steel Women'S Bracelet Watches Relogio Feminino Montre Femme" product. That is a HORRIBLE title name. It is blatantly the word salad that AliExpress uses. Why not "Civo Ladies Rose Gold Quartz Watch" instead? And mention in the description "This watch also features a highly reliable Japanese Quartz movement, as well as a marble dial with glittering rhinestone embellishments." Worse, because you used the exact name, I can see that you're trying to tell me you're providing a "Sale" on this piece from $439.80 to the cheaper $395.80. Wow, that would be whopping savings, but I know now that this only cost $219.90!


You have got to go through all the items you're dropshipping and give them names that don't immediately signal to a store visitor that they're ripped from AliExpress, that they can copy and paste and immediately see how much these items actually cost.
