Good day all
So I have had my Shopify store for about a month now and been running Facebook ads and Instagram ads, I get people coming it is bringing traffic to the store but no one will end up buying anything, is there something I am doing wrong, do i stop this store and start fresh with a new store.
I would really appreciate any help.

You should add links to your footer for your privacy, shipping, and refund policies at the footer so that information is a little easier to find. Everywhere on the site says shipping is calculated, but everything I added to cart and went to checkout with told me free shipping. I just noticed you have free shipping on your banner, but it was so small I missed it until I was looking around a while. Your logo is very tiny and on the first slideshow image you can barely see it at all. There also isn't a clickable call to action button on it. It says shop now, but it is not clickable. You should have very noticeable call to action buttons that are more compelling for someone to click. Your add to cart buttons on your products are white so they just blend into the background. On items with a longer description, I actually had to look a little to find it. Call to action buttons should ideally not be black, white, or brown because they often just blend in to pages. Call to action buttons should stand out so the eye really hits it.
First impression: Since you’re selling cellphone accessories, I would suggest that you use the latest cellphone models in your banner images. Right now, the cellphone models in your banner images are outdated, and it makes the potential customers think that your products are not meant for the latest models.
On this collection page, https://www.cellwear.org/collections/all, your product images show the brand names, making it very obvious that you are dropshipping the products. Although your are dropshipping your products, you don’t need to make it super obvious. Otherwise, what would stop your customers from going to AliExpress to buy the item there? I would therefore suggest that you further edit your images and remove the brandnames or any indication that you are dropshipping the products.
Something is a bit off with the shopping process. I added this product (https://nimb.ws/QctnJ6) to cart, and according to the product page, the product is $2.99. But when I look at the cart, it’s $4.49 (https://nimb.ws/JoNBeL). Also, the item that I chose is not the one that’s showing in the cart. I would suggest looking into this ASAP, as it might be affecting your other product pages, especially the ones that you’re advertising.
I noticed a few spelling and grammar errors. Please proofread your content, as errors like these make your potential customers distrust you.
I would also suggest adding a Contact page. As much as possible, use a professional email address like email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. This helps build trust.
I'd also change the "Check out" to Checkout, and change the colors of checkout and update cart buttons to light blue / green something light and attractive, see: https://www.postmm.com/internet-marketing/lead-generation-conversion/ecommerce-button-color
The second aspect is making sure the Facebook ads traffic you get delivers value, I recommend working with conversions tracking and dynamic ads and let your system learn from people adding to cart at first and gradually understand who are your buyers, there are many advanced techniques to convert your traffic to add-to-cart and purchases, you can try using our Smart Ads app to make sure you get quality traffic to your website and that your ads learn who is your most likely to purchase audience: https://apps.shopify.com/my-smart-ads
All the best!
