hello all, 

we'd like some feedback on our store regarding design, accessibility, and overall user experience. The website speed is very fast, still has a higher bounce rate than average. Thinking people are just not interested in what we have to offer? We ship everything on out website locally and there is zero drop shipping.  

Few things we'd like recommendations on:

  • Adding custom code to increase user satisfaction
  • "Brightening Up The Site"
  • New Color Scheme Ideas?
  • Potential Conversion Rate Increase?
  • Apps

- The page for the vanity mirror can't be found.

- In this section, add products.

- You need to change the layout of the homepage. It looks cluttered, you should make it sorted. 

For getting more conversions and sales you can target your customers by sending automated emails that help to improve the relevancy and timeliness of your campaigns. You can use triggers and workflows to automatically send messages to consumers after they take a specific action. For some reason unknown to you, they leave without making a purchase but with email automation, you can make sure that this user receives an email shortly after they abandoned their cart, reminding them of what they left behind and asking if they need help completing their purchase.
