Hi Suzanne! Maggie, Shopify Partner here :)

Your website has a clean design and it’s easy to use, perfect.

The featured image at the top shows your product, which is excellent - consider also adding a CTA [call to action] to create urgency and link to your product page. This way you will convert visitors much more effectively.

The “pulling oil” suggests it’s an oil, however below you mention it’s a mouth wash:

It can be confusing for the first time shoppers - and to people not familiar with the specifics of the oil or the possible uses. Consider adding more information as to the benefits of the oil as a mouthwash, to educate visitors and make them understand why the oil might be better. This way you will build a rapport with your visitors and convert them much more effectively.

I really love the intro element below:

It shows your product and explains the process behind it. Consider also improving this element by giving more specifics - the text is little too vague at the moment to convert. Make sure to explain how to use your product, why is it better than the regular mouthwash, what are the benefits etc. This way people will be more likely to want to buy it to improve their health.

Also, make sure to make an anchor text in the links and the URLs more SEO friendly:

‘Learn more’ and ‘Our product’ sound very general. Consider using your keywords as anchor link and URL ‘slugs’ in order to improve your SEO and appear in the most relevant searches.

I also noticed you have two pop up windows that appear almost at the same time and mention the same offer:

Consider displaying only one of them - the green one, as it suits your branding more - and disable the other one.

What is pulling oil - that’s a great feature:

Here you explain the benefits of the product, the advantages and the uses - excellent! Consider displaying it higher on the page, so people can see it almost immediately, understand how it works and then browse with more confidence and understanding.

I love the promo image below mentioning your organic ingredients - perfect!

I love the fact you explain more on why you picked coconut oil and how it improves the overall health:

Perfect - you may also want to display it higher on your homepage to boost your conversion rate.

The reviews are actually great - and in the right place:

Consider however changing the transition time; they change too quickly and don’t allow enough time to read the longer ones in comfort. Allow at least 7-10 seconds for each one before they change.

About Masigi element is fantastic:

You mention it is a product made in the USA [great selling point] and created by female entrepreneurs - even better! You will connect with a very big part of the market by building your brand on these two facts. Consider making this element even more prominent by adding a photo your team - you will build a rapport and trust instantly, which will in turn help you improve your conversion rate. Online shoppers crave authentic shopping experience, buying from “humans”, instead of automated dropshippers. Adding a ‘human’ side to your business can help you stand out from the competitors.

Contact us page looks excellent - make sure to hyperlink your email address for a one-click contact - see how to do it below - or follow the step-by-step instructions here: how to hyperlink email address.

Our Product page: https://masigi.com/pages/our-product as mentioned earlier, make sure the URL is more SEO friendly. Also, add buttons to buy your product - one at the top of the page, and one at the very bottom, at the end of the text. This way you will convert people interested in the benefits much more effectively.

Make sure to use your keywords when possible in the titles and other key areas to boost your SEO:

SEO of this page is 49/100:

Make sure to optimize it further to improve your Google rank.

Google snippet needs optimizing:

Meta title looks great - however meta description needs to be shorter, more defined, with a stronger CTA to create urgency and make people click your listing and shop. You need to make your Google snippet irresistible to make people click your listing. If you appear in the search results and get no clicks, Google will assume your website is not relevant for this search and will drop you in the rank.

Also your H tags [apart from the page title] are empty:

Make sure to specify them with the right keywords.

Your content is optimized for the right keywords, which is excellent:

You seem to focus more on meta description, which is excellent - remember also about your page titles and heading tags as mentioned earlier.

Product page looks excellent:

Consider adding longer description here - list all the benefits as mentioned on your homepage and on the ‘Our Product’ page - see how other websites selling 1-2 products do it. Some visitors might land on your product page, and not see other intro pages - make sure to give them strong reason to convert into a pulling oil and make them buy there and then :)

The additional reviews below spoil the premium feel of your brand:

They look a little fake [although I’m sure they are not] and give an impression of a dropshipping store. You can display only 3-4 at a time [the best ones, or the latest ones] in a stylish way [as you do on your homepage] and you will build your premium branding much better this way.

The intro video on the FAQ page: https://masigi.com/pages/faq looks fabulous:

You explain in visuals how the oil actually is better at pulling the bacteria when mouth washing, perfect! You hide it on the page nested deep in the hidden menu- why?? You should display it right at the top of the homepage - so people can see it right away, understand the benefits of your product - and decide to buy. You do have an excellent converting content on your website, and stronger content marketing strategy [designing more effective sales funnel] can help you convert your visitors into buyers more effectively.

If you are not sure how to do it yourself, make sure to invest in a complete website redesign - a comprehensive redesign and SEO package by Shopify SEO expert with 11+ years experience in selling online. Buy it now: https://www.rockpapercopy.com/ecommerce/

Content on your About us page [and video] are excellent: https://masigi.com/pages/about-us I love your boomerang gif as well ;) Very fun and it creates an instant rapport with your visitors, perfect.

The video here is amazing - I absolutely love the fact you mentioned the sachets are travel-friendly - that will appeal to a huge market! You should add a photo of your sachets with a passport from the video as a separate image on your homepage - it’s an excellent selling point. Also, consider featuring this video on the homepage as well!

Shipping + Returns policies - make sure to specify your delivery policy, the rates, the shipping times, and whether you ship internationally. Also, make sure to add a return policy - what if someone needed to exchange or return an item? Even if you decide not to accept returns, make sure to add info about it as well.

Social media - you open the links in new tabs, perfect.

Your social media content is excellent and engaging, perfect.

Blog - consider blogging regularly - it can help you keep your website fresh with new content [and will make Google bots crawl your website more frequently], which will help you build your Google rank. Blog is also a great way to bring more relevant traffic from the search engines - websites with more written content [articles] tend to outperform websites with no blog in the search results, and therefore get more traffic.

Wow. Thanks for the great feedback, Maggie. Brilliant! I've implemented most of your suggestions and will be tweaking our site and fine tuning it in the next few days.

I do want to put CTA buttons on pages (besides the home page), but I have to look into the coding for that. I'm using the Narrative Theme and the pages are plain HTML. I also want to add  Continue Shopping button on the checkout page.

Also, re the reviews, I hear you. I'm trying to get Google Product reviews through the Google Merchant Center and they require at least 50 reviews on your site. So I just gathered the reviews from various places, like Amazon, the Grommet, Facebook etc. to put on our site while we go through the onboarding process with them. I've been using Shopify's Review App, but and looking into Yotpo because I understand they are licensed with Google.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
