I'm noticing that visitors aren't spending a lot of time on my site, just wondering if I could get some tips on how to change that, how to get more conversions and just general layout feedback etc.
Also, for extra points, could someone explain to me why my logo won't sit in the dead-centre of the header?

For the first question : why your logo won't sit in the dead-centre of the header ? It's because your header currently divided to 3 blocks and your header is aligned to the 2nd one. My suggestion is restructure the header or using absolute position css to center it ( image ). In addition, there is still room for improvement :

-Add reviews to create social proof on your site. I would love to read other people's opinion on the product before paying for it.
-The sale you have seems to be a nice deal, however, when you make such a big amount off it might devalue your product. People always need to know why you have made such sales, is it a seasonal sale? or is it because there is no demand on it? does that mean the product is bad?
Instead of giving discount for nothing, give them as rewards for completing certain actions on your store ex. for creating accounts, for leaving a review, for sharing your site, for spending money on your site. It is not difficult for a user to do and you will get so many actions on your site, and you are having discounts anyway.

I think you understand that there are brands that sell T-shirt for 5 bucks. Find something that distinguishes your brand from them. Also, consider adding a bigger variety of clothing, such as baseball shirts or baggy T-shirts, something that is trendy now.
