I didn’t receive any email about why am getting it and the last time I came here for help I chatted with some Mario or so, my store got blocked afterwards and week Shopify still deducted money from my Credit card linked to the Acc, after blocking the store .

How is the above an accepted solution. This is crazy! We've been operating for a year now and all of a sudden we get blocked now customers can't buy anything. Poor move Shopify.
