Your store was rejected for Instagram Shopping.

Hi there,
I was trying to set up our stores website onto Instagram shopping but we have been getting rejected more then a few times now. 
We have set up all the required needs but it keeps mentioning this :
To use Instagram Shopping, your products must be sold on the website that's connected to your Instagram account. After you make that change, you’ll need to contact Facebook to submit an appeal.

It says our products must be sold on the website that's connected to our Instagram account and it is but it still getting rejected and I'm not sure how to fix this problem? Previsouly it said that there are no products Available on our website but I can see all of our products with the price description and title and even the check out is working. 

Does anyone know how I could resolve this issue? I have a deadline with the company to solve this issue.

1. Do you have Instagram business account?
2. Do you have Facebook shop and Instagram connect with your facebook page?
3. Is your store products available for Facebook and Instagram channel?
4. Is your store following all the policies of Facebook and Instagram?
5. Is your catalog available in Facebook shop?

I am having the same issue, never seen this error before. What's the problem? Can anyone explain what this means and what to do about it?
