Hi,
I launched my fitness wear store this month - fitfashuk.com
I have just hit 2k sessions, over 4k page views. Bounce rate is 75% and average session time is 30 seconds. This has all been driven by Facebook ads targeting women aged 18-35 who are interested in gymwear, yoga & have also targeted competitor brands.
I have had some add to carts and abandoned checkouts but so far no sales.
Would really appreciate some feedback as this is becoming a little disheartening!
Thanks :)
Dear FitFash,
Congratulation for your store.
I’ve gone through your store and found that there are quite a few things missing on your store which if added can really make a lot of difference to the user experience, conversion rate and your overall sales. Here is a page-by-page/sectional review of your site:

Hey Fitness Fashion,
"Receiving site traffic, but, no sales is a very common scenario". The major reason being"improper site layout". Keep the below-listed points in mind to improve the same:
I hope the visitor traffic soon converts into customer sales.

Hi @FitFash,
Hyde here from Shopify.
Congratulations on building your store and on attracting so much traffic, you're clearly doing paid advertising well and engaging people.
I suspect the difficulty, however, is that your visitors get to your store and are uncertain of whether or not this is a trustworthy website.
- Add an "About Us" and "Contact Us" page for your store to encourage trust from your customers!
Here's what an About Us page should contain and here's how to create one!
- When I was on your store I noticed you didn't have your favicon set up. This is a really cool feature and it makes the page look a lot more trustworthy and professional. The favicon is the little logo you see in the tabs on your browser:
You can add your own logo to your store in the theme editor by going to Theme settings > Favicon here:
- Here are resources for considering your customer's journey through your store, from the moment they land to the moment they (hopefully) make a purchase:
- 3 strategies for improving user experience
- 11 ways to step up your content marketing game
So you'll want to create original and innovative content to capture your customer. Two ways to do this are:
- Create blogs this is super important and here's why
- Add a video to your store - people respond to moving images and this is why it's important.
I hope this all helps, let me know if you have my other questions.
All the best, Hyde.

Hey @FitFash
Hope your business is going well during these difficult times.
Tip: I suggest you try adding some kind of stickers to showcase stuff like trending, running out fast, back in stock, hot seller etc. Apps in Shopify app store can help with this by making the process very easy & simple. Also having some more trending or sale products in Home page will quickly grab customers attention. This will help you to grab customer attention & nudge faster purchase decisions
Try out this and let me know if you want any further help, I'm always happy to help.
