Just had a look at your store. The banners and captions look good for me. I would suggest you make a marketing video and add it to your homepage close to your banner. The marketing video should display your brand positioning, offers, and your happy customer reviews. The video will help you in impressing your store visitors right away.
I would also suggest improving your brand logo at the top
Currently, I think it is not communicating the customer value and should be placed without the edges so that it looks that it is merged in the background rather than the picture.
While the products have good detail but I think the font should be changed so that it looks cleaner and professional.
Also, if you are getting some sales, I would suggest adding social proof mechanism in the store to show real-time sales notifications to your new website visitors. This will help in improving your sales.
As far as the overall layout is concerned, I would suggest improve the font style and mix it well with graphics. It is just to improve the professional look of the store. Good Luck
Congratulations for your store!
Hope following suggestions will help you
Hi @naekkum welcome to Shopify community
Hope your business is going well during these difficult times. I checked your store website, and I have a few tips and feedback I'd like to share,
1. While clicking on your social plugins, its opening at the same page. I would suggest that this opens up at a new tab so that your customers still remain on your website.
2. Color is one of the top considerations for every buyer and has the power to make or break a deal. Not just that, colors have the power to trigger deep emotions and apart from being a catalyst that aids brand recall, it can really help you control buyers’ focus and attention.
Therefore, by using them right, you can leverage colors to communicate messages, evoke emotions, and really make a difference when it comes to your store visitors’ purchase decisions.
3. Now, let’s get right into how different color family resonates with consumers and the myriad of emotions they trigger.
I hope this helps!
Hi @naekkum !
Welcome to Shopify and I wish you good luck!
Imagine if you saw something that you quite like in the store, however you want to browse more, get more options, and then choose the best one. That often happens to me, because I am indecisive. That is when Wishlist comes in handy. Since you have a lot of products on your site, I recommend adding that feature to improve the user experience on your site. Besides, if the items on the wishlist have not been purchased, automated emails will be sent out as a reminder.
Use a referral program that will encourage your existing customers to share your products with their friends by giving discounts if the latter have purchased something from your store. With referral programs it is important to carefully set up so that you are not giving huge discounts and not getting anything back. [I recommend using one by Growave., because it is safe and it is integrated with 6 other marketing features (Reviews, Wishlist, Rewards, Social Login, Instagram, Discounts, Referral, VIP tiers) for better performance.
Hopefully, I managed to help you. If so, please let me know by liking this post.
@naekkum you need to gain customer reviews
if you have reviews with photos and feedbacks with a different lexicon you will have a better conversion for sure.
