feedback on my store—what can I do better to drive up traffic/conversions

Hi! I launched my store 2 weeks ago now. I had a good launch I'd say--I've made several sales, but after the first week traffic and conversions have gone down now that I'm not running several instagram ads. Now I'm only getting a sale every couple days. Shopify says my lighthouse score is low? My score is about 30 something but I have no idea what that means or what to do? My customers say they love my website but idk. I'm new to this whole business + web design thing. Could I get some feedback on my site and suggestions for what I can do better?

Thank you for a response in such detail! I had just paid someone to create a site for me, but I guess it’s time I learn to do it myself as well! I’ll try to work through all these & hopefully drive more people to my site!

I observed few points on your website, I hope those are helpful for your website.

-> You can add trust badges on your cart page. It checks to visitors that a site is genuine. Information is gathered by the outsider trust seal organization that affirms that the business is valid.
-> You can Add blog page, Blog initially used to provide a unique way for people to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, and opinions and It is a huge opportunity to increase your company's visibility.
-> You can add the item reviews under product page, Item reviews can help give customers that additional propel they have to confide in your online shop and finish their buy. I would suggest including item reviews too, as reviews for customers to share their positive experience thus different customers can see the reviews and be influenced to purchase.
-> You can improve your Testimonials. Testimonials take the spotlight away from the seller, and shine it on the customer. Adding client testimonials to your website can be an extremely effective way to establish trust and strengthen your company's reputation. They are extremely powerful tools when it comes to strengthening your branding.

Just had a look at your store. Regarding your page, it perfectly loads for me. You can confirm from your audience if they have any issues with your store load times. The problem may lie with your marketing strategies as far as the lack of sales is concerned. Besides working on your store's performance, I would suggest adding in-store marketing tactics. Add a live chat Facebook widget to your store so that you can stay connected with your visitors and ask them directly how you can help them. 

Whatever sales you are getting, add a sales notification mechanism in the store to establish your social proof. This practice will boost your sales. You can try Sales pop up from Carecart to integrate this mechanism to your website easily. Good Luck

Hope your business is going well during these difficult times. I checked your store website, and I have a few tips and feedback I'd like to share:

1. 
Resourceful guidance & help: Not having support or not having adequate information is a huge frustration for a lot of online buyers. Consider adding a chat plugin to your site for people to contact you while they are shopping.

2. 
Good navigation provides an improved user experience leading to more sales and revenue. Add a top navigation bar with the product catalog broken down into different collections & categories so that customers can quickly browse and reach their desired products faster. Also, have an auto-complete and suggestion feature in the search bar so that it provides an extra helping hand to relatable collections and products will also be useful.

3. 
Add a favicon to your website. It will help you strengthen your brand and to add a polished look to your website.

4. Adding product stickers/trust badges can help increase your sales by tapping into powerful psychological triggers such as scarcity, social proof, and urgency. Also having graphic and personalized stickers on products will help grab attention of customers easily and nudge them to purchase.
