So here's my first impression: Too many popups.
I think you should consider carefully: Are visitors to your store returning or new visitors?
For a new visitor, this amount of popup is overwhelming and is needlessly wasting their time to close all, which ruins your UX.
Especially the little "someone purchased a product" in the corner of the screen, imo, it's too often and I won't think the statistic is authentic. 2. Features Collections and Hot Products
What you are doing is you are featuring many collections and all products within those collections. This leads to an excessive amount of product being displayed on your homepage.
On homepage, what necessary is to give people an overview of the product range within your store, and maybe recommending (only) the appropriate products.
I suggest you only feature collections, which clear thumbnails and description. And save the space for hot products, such as best sellers, trending.

Show Off Trust Signals and Customer Testimonials to boost conversion: Customer testimonials and trust Signals build customers trust and help customers to feel more secure in their buying decision.
Mobile Score: Your google page speed score is only 26. It should be 65-70. Low mobile page speed may kill your traffic and affect your conversation. For greater success and to deliver a great user experience you should focus on mobile score as well.
Social Media: Integrating social plugins on your website to increase traffic. Create social media pages for your business helps to reach more customers. Social media make your business visible and it expands conversion such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram are great platforms for marketing and connecting with your new and existing users.
