Hey congratulations on opening such a great store, honestly I like it a lot, but I think there might be a couple things you could consider changing.

One thing to consider is adding a blog. If you had a blog more customers might be able to find your site, and even if they aren't ready to buy at the moment they are reading your blog, they are more likely to buy from you in the future.

You know your store is actually quite good, and I think with just a bit of love and care, you will be able to really succeed.

If you found this review useful I created an email course here https://mailchi.mp/7d8692283c12/shopify-conversion-course where you can learn more ways to convert your customers

Hi Larry, I visited your store and tried it out. Here is my feedback

1) The image in your email collector popup looks a bit out of place and you could remove the name field to reduce the steps in collecting emails and shorten popup height too.
2) After I submitted the email to pop up, there was a message to confirm the email, no customer would ideally confirm it, you need to manually filter the noise by checking email status reports and removing email addresses that bounce.
3) Website logo is quite big & search field and "My cart" fields look out of place, and given its coming up on every page and eating up a lot of usable space, probably you could use the navigation bar in your website to put all these stuff and use the valuable space.
4) On the product details page, all the images don't look symmetrical, some smaller than others, and eatup a lot of space which looks unprofessional. You might want to check that.
4) Website speed, search functionality, suggestions etc work great.

Coming to your second point "A good number of add to carts but few buys and im trying to figure out how to change that and make more sales."

You essentially facing a lot of abandoned carts - which is not unusual, stastically more than 70% carts are marked abandoned. What you need to do to recover sales on these abandoned carts is use any  Shopify apps, that can automatically trigger abandoned cart reminder emails to these people.

We at OxeBox have created one such solution ( OxeBox Marketing Automation ) where you can do a lot of such automation e.g.

- Send automatic abandoned cart reminder emails
- Send unlimited email newsletters to your customers
- Send promotional offers and discounts with every bill receipt sent to customers

We do offer a 30 days trial, if you feel like trying out our product, you can install the app here ( https://goo.gl/3zSJrm) .
Or you can ask me if you have any doubts directly on manoj@oxebox.com

Do you have any stats on how many visitors are adding items to the cart vs finishing the purchase?
Statistically, more than 70% carts are marked abandoned i.e. customers leave the store without completing the purchase. What you can do to recover sales on these abandoned carts is use any Shopify app, that can automatically trigger abandoned cart reminder emails.

Sending promotional offers to collected email address periodically will often drive more visitors.

Hope this helps.

Hi there Lary,

My feedback is similar to the previous one.

1. I don't like the pop-up you have in order to collect emails. The picture is not appealing and the design in general sucks. There are plenty that you can use, which are more professional like Wheelio or Optimonk.

2. Make sure all photo products have the same dimensions.

3. You said that you had a good nr of ''add to carts''. Maybe you should use an abandoned cart mechanism in order to convert some of those. Take a look at Flashchat.

Good luck!
