Can I just ask a couple of things about this query, to better understand the issue you are facing.
You mention you lost your store, do you mean you forgot the link and are unsure of how to log in? If so, I will share this link which helps you recover forgotten stores associated with your email.
Or is it a case that your store was closed due to an issue involving payment? This issue can be resolved by logging in to your store, and paying the outstanding amounts owed on the store, and then continuing with your store as normal.
