Thank you for reaching out about that. The photo didn't quite seem to work there, would you mind attaching it here again? I'd be happy to take a look for you.
The image still did not attach properly. Would you instead be able to describe where you're seeing that in your admin? Is that showing as a banner message in your shipping settings, or where exactly are you seeing that? Would you mind confirming what the message says exactly?
Have you checked to make sure it's auto-filling it in exactly as it's formatted in Google Maps? Would you be able to share a screenshot of how the address is formatted? If you're not comfortable sharing that here, feel free to reach out to our support privately. Thanks!
Thanks for that! This error is usually presented when the location's address does not match the information that is being returned by Google Maps. The address may still be valid, however, so there are steps you can take to update the address through Google. You'll first want to verify that the address is recognized by your local postal service - they should have an address checker like the ones seen here on Canada Post and USPS. If the address there doesn't match what is in Google Maps, you can submit a correction to Google by following the steps here. If those two are already the same, or if this isn't causing any issues with your locations, shipping, or printing of labels, you should also be able to just close out the error message if you wish to do so.
