Hi @JasmineNakea

Really good job on launching your store. I think there isn't a ton to change, but I'm going to nitpick anyways, because there is always room for improvement :D.

An important thing I couldn't find is a blog. A blog could be used to drive more traffic to your store, and you could also use it to recommend potential products that your customer could buy.

Did you think about adding reviews. Adding reviews would help your customers research the products they are going to buy. Plus if someone likes a product they bought from you they can leave a review.

You know your store is actually quite good, and I think with just a bit of love and care, you will be able to really succeed.

P.S. I created an email course at https://mailchi.mp/7d8692283c12/shopify-conversion-course, after reviewing a bunch of stores I noticed that there are a few tips that might help, and I created an email list to help with it.

Hi Jasmine,

Your store looks great so far - the homepage has quality images and content. The first impression is a little confusing as to are you selling clothing or eye-lashes? The images show clothing, yet the taglines mention eye-lashes. Also, the majority of your homepage content promotes clothing yet the clothing link in your top menu has no items.

Consider adding more products and defining the niche/customer journey from the homepage, through the collections/products, and to the checkout, otherwise you'll leave visitors confused and lost when navigating your store.

Hi there!

Here's my feedback:

  • I would agree with the opinion above. There is slight confusion on what you are selling on the home page. Consider making some slight changes.
  • The facebook link at the footer is not working.
  • Regarding the social links in your footer, you should make sure that they open in a separate tab upon clicking. This way your customers will still be able to check the respective page and keep your website open at the same time.
  • Try adding a bit more description to your products. It will help you with the text-to-code ratio on your pages, which will then help you for better SEO.
  • Actually, the Twitter link in the footer is also not working.
  • Super happy to see that you have all the policies - terms and conditions, refund policy and privacy policy. Many Shopify stores are missing that.
  • I would advise you to look around for some apps that can improve your sales in the Shopify app store - https://apps.shopify.com. For example, this one - http://discountonleave.apps.isenselabs.com/  will help you recover some of your leaving customers with a discount to exit intent. It offers ready-to-use templates, and also it has a 15-day free trial.

Hope this helps!
