Congratulations on your store, it is looking really good! Have you had much traffic? What marketing techniques are you using at the moment?

 

I have had a look through your store and the one thing that I notice are your product descriptions. I would love to see more creative personal descriptions. Anyone that is familiar with Oberlo will recognise this format and realise that they can get the products elsewhere cheaper so it's best to write descriptive, enticing product descriptions. Think about why people need to buy this product? Why is it so great? Also, check out this excellent blog post on how to write compelling product descriptions. It will make a massive difference to your store. 
 
Perhaps the best way to generate trust in your store is by encouraging customers to write a review about what they ordered, this can generate massive trust in other potential buyers. We have a great app called Product reviews that places a review box at each product, optimizing on customer opinions will help build credibility which is important for online sales. Looking at your pages on your header menu, I can see your About Us page is quite vague and short. Perhaps you could put a bit more about why you chose to sell these products, Tell us more about why these products are special. Tell us about the people behind this store, this tells the customers more about the products and your store. It is important to be personal here and not robot-like. It's great that you have the 'contact us' page in the header menu as it shows customers straight away that they can contact you if they run into any issues at all.

 

In my opinion, a Shipping and an FAQ page are really important when it comes to dropshipping as you want your customers to expect longer than normal delivery times. I would move this menu option from your footer to your header menu and I would expand a bit more. What kind of details would you like to know if you were ordering from a store, these are important to factor in as it puts customers minds at ease. Lastly, I’ve found some blog posts for you that are definitely worth bookmarking that I think will help you moving forward. This is a great one on 'conversion rate optimization' and another one I think you could benefit from is 'Social Media Marketing Strategies'. I hope this helps you grow sales and better your conversion rate but you are doing really well - keep up the great work!

Hi Rokhetha,

 

Your store looks amazing and the products are awesome.

 

I have reviewed your website briefly and here are some of my feedbacks that you can implement on the site easily.

 

  1. Get yourself a nice domain name so that people will get the fact that this is a genuine site and not something under construction.
  2. Have a logo designed for your store, that will add brand value to the store and the add favicon on the website based on the logo, it’s simple and add uniqueness to the site as well.
  3. Make sure your social media pages opened at the new tab instead of the same tab. This will ensure your customers stay on your website while looking at your social presence.
  4. Add a phone number, on the Contact page. It will add an additional level of trust to your store.
  5. Add a longer product description as this is how you convince someone to buy on your site. Plus it helps with SEO and ranking in organic search
  6. Add a section at the bottom of product pages to show your most viewed/bought items from the site. This can help increase your average order value
  7. Add size guide, it's a must for clothing products.
  8. The default search landing page https://delicate-lady-store.myshopify.com/search?q= is bit off, I mean it's empty. You can show products on that page as well by simply updating the default search on the website with different search solution.
  9. Lastly, You have over 123 products. I would strongly recommend to replace the default search with advanced search like Sparq which allows advanced custom filters, spelling correction and other such feature. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.

Hi there,

 

The initial impression I get from your website is that there's too much going on. I don't particularly like the name "Delicate Lady" as it feels somewhat unnatural. Not only that, but it goes against the description of your own business: "the strong, beautiful, confident, independent, boss lady in you."

 

Besides that, it seems like you're trying to sell pretty much anything related to women's fashion, which might not be the best strategy moving forward just because it is such a generic "niche" that will be difficult to market. Swimwear, dresses, and even coats have their own markets and niche. What makes you stand out from the competition?

 

You can definitely tell you've imported all of your information from AliExpress or a similar website as the images are inconsistent and your product descriptions aren't the best. I would work on customizing and possibly hiring a copywriter applicable for all of your pages. 

 

I will say, your return policy is not at all competitive. Most stores accept returns and I would be extremely hesitant to shop at a store I was not familiar with that didn't offer returns. 

 

For your homepage, it would do you well to simplify it after you've narrowed down a niche. Less is more sometimes.

Hello. What a lovely store you have. I would suggest you to remove the vendor logos off of some of your photos and adding blog or relevant article to help get free organic traffic to your site.
