Hi there! Maggie, Shopify Expert here :)
Good looking store :) One suggestion - consider adding more trust signals: professional email address, Shiping and unique Returns page.
Consider writing a unique policy here instead of featuring default Shopify policy, which mentions items you are not selling. It will help you build trust, tailor the content to your own store and avoid any duplicate content issues, which might affect your Google rank. See this article on How to write a returns policy [with examples]: https://www.bigcommerce.co.uk/blog/create-a-returns-and-exchanges-policy-that-sells/
The shipping policy will also give them an idea of how long is the delivery and how much they are likely to pay, and whether you deliver to their country.
Policies like this, with plenty of detailed info, is something online shoppers are often expecting to find before placing an order. Not having them in place and easy to find can definitely affect your conversion rate.
Social media - make sure to open the icons on your website in new tabs, so you don’t lose valuable traffic. Please check this helpful guide: https://help.shopify.com/en/themes/customization/navigation/open-external-links-in-new-browser
Also, your Facebook page and Instagram page seem to link to two different accounts - make sure to keep consistent across all channels to build your branding.
Hope it helps!

I am happy to provide feedback on your store. Thank you @Rockpapercopy for providing your feedback! Great suggestion on the return policy!
I browsed your store and have a few suggestions:
Slideshow - The first slideshow has a picture that states the customer can make their own gifts. I recommend linking this to a page that would explain how customers can do this, or to a collection of products that is related to this slideshow. This will match the call-to-action on your slideshow image, and help customers understand what it is you would like them to do.
Niche Products - There are many different categories on your store. I recommend choosing one specific niche as this will help build trust with your customers. They will understand that they can come to your store for a specific kind of product. If you could only pick one niche, which one would you pick? We have a guide that covers how to find your niche through your own passion or wanting to make money, the tools to figure out your target market for your niche, and more, here: How to Choose a Niche.
About Us Page - It's great that you have added an About Us page to your store. I read it through and I recommend adding some content that showcases the value proposition of your brand. A value proposition tells customers the "why" behind your store, which will help customers understand the benefits and the reasons why they should make a purchase. What is your customer's problem that you are trying to solve? You can follow our guide with more tips on how to write an About Us page that provides value to your customers: The Untapped Potential of About Us Pages (And How to Write Your Own). It has advice on how to communicate your store's mission, how to include content (videos, images, etc.), describe what customers your business serves, and more.
We have more suggestions on how you can make your first sale, from our blog, here: Make Your First Sale in 30 Days. It covers how you can use free traffic and paid advertising to promote your store, what outreach is and how to analyze the results you get from these efforts.
Let me know if that helps!
