I just had look into your store. You can add your store policies like refund and privacy in the footer part or header part of your store under home page, having a well-thought-out return policy clearly displayed in your store is key to attracting and keeping your customers.
And You have only 4 products? If you have only one product then you need to increase your SEO, Then only you have got more sales. Otherwise, Good Work you have done on your website. You can promote your store through Facebook, This is also the best way to get traffic on your website.
Also, I believe that you might consider adding your email address on the page named "purpose" or "contact us"
Moreover, I feel that you might consider enabling accounts on the store for your further purposes. Now it will help you get users and their data. It helps if you consider using some apps as well.
Lastly, I feel like that you might make use of Reviews, which will help you to get the social proof.
Hope it will help

Hi Esmeralda! Maggie, Shopify Partner here :)
Your logo is very eye-catching and memorable, perfect. In the top bar you mention free domestic shipping:
However, you don’t specify if it’s the US or any other country. Even if you only ship within your country, it’s worth specifying here which country is it to give your shoppers peace of mind that you shop to their location.
Purpose in your top menu links to About us page:
Consider renaming it ‘About us’ to be transparent and allow your visitors to find this info without problems. Many shoppers like to know who’s behind the brand and check the About us page before making the purchase, so having this page clearly marked as About us page can help you improve your user experience and sales.
Consider also adding more links to the top menu, like Contact us, Shipping/Returns policy and a Blog.
The featured image below looks interesting, although the mussel is the first element that jumps out immediately:
It can give the impression that you are selling shellfish fashion accessories or similar, as the glitter gels are a little in the background. Consider using a different image here, like the one below:
Which is much better, it immediately shows your product and also it has your brand name clearly visible on the label, which is a huge trust signal. Using this image on the homepage instead can help you connect with the right visitors and convert them into shoppers.
‘Shop Glitter Now’ button within the image links to the information page:
As you ask people to shop, it would be much better if you link it to your shop page. It will help you boost your conversion rate and improve user experience. Also, consider using capital letters for all words: Shop Glitter Gel Now.
You have a great gif on the homepage:
It shows very eye-catching glitter colors. However, the Shop now button links to the collection page with different glitter shades:
It may feel a little misleading and your customers could feel confused seeing that. If the image above is showing the glitter gel in the actual colors, consider using this one instead on your homepage. If the one with stronger color swatches is using color eye-shadow as a base, make sure to explain it so people know that’s the optional effect they can get with your glitter, but it’s not the actual color in the tube. People are often wary of this kind of misleading advertising, and while you didn’t do it on purpose, that can definitely affect your conversion rate.
Shop now page - shows an image at the top:
And then products below. Consider displaying the products at the very top [remove the image from the page], and then you can display it on the product page as one of the images. When people click ‘Shop’ they expect to see products right away, so by showing the single image can give an impression it’s a blog page, which may affect your conversion rate.
Anything that’s disrupting user experience [expected customer journey] and anything confusing can definitely affect sales, so be very careful when adding content online shoppers don’t expect to see.
You have plenty of authentic images on the product page, which is fantastic. Make sure to select images where the glitter is clearly seen as used. The white water spirit glitter gel has an image of a model wearing blue eye-liner, however, it’s difficult to see the clear gel used here:
See if you can find a different image of a model wearing clear glitter, so people can see better how it looks on the skin.
Consider removing the ‘Buy Now’ button from the product page and leave only ‘Add to Cart’:
Having both buttons displayed at the same time can create unnecessary confusion for the shoppers [“Which should I click?”] which can also affect your conversion rate.
Shipping / Returns page has only delivery info. Consider also adding info about your returns policy, what’s the time limit, how can people return the item, will they need to pay the shipping, specify if they can return opened product etc. Covering this info here, and displaying the address for returning items, can definitely help you build your trust and improve your conversion rate.
Adding more info about the shipping policy, especially worldwide, can also help you convert more shoppers. Your items are lightweight, so you could easily calculate how much would be estimated shipping to which international shipping zone and display the rates here in the form of a table. This can definitely improve your user experience - you won’t be asking people to do all the work themselves [input their personal details in the checkout in order to find delivery rates to their country]. Online shoppers like convenience and any obstacle like that can definitely affect your conversion rate.
Blog - consider blogging regularly - it can help you keep your website fresh with new content [and will make Google bots crawl your website more frequently], which will help you build your Google rank. Blogis also a great way to bring more relevant traffic from the search engines - websites with more written content [articles] tend to outperform websites with no blog in the search results, and therefore get more traffic.
Your website is mobile-friendly, which is excellent:
Your website also loads quickly:
You have a few broken links, which might affect your customer journey and SEO:
Your SEO score is 46/100
Google snippets - consider optimizing your meta title and meta description for your homepage, all pages, products and future blog posts. Currently, your homepage snippet looks like this:
Your meta title is “Artful Cosmetics | Self Love Self Care No Rules” and meta description is empty. Your main page title doesn’t mention gel glitter at all, which is definitely a missed opportunity, as you might not appear in your target search results.
Make good use of the full character allowance [160 characters] to make your listings stand out with an offer and call to action. This snippet is very important, and it’s worth spending more time optimizing it. It’s often the first interaction with a potential new customer, as this snippet is displayed in Google search results. Make sure it’s inviting and irresistible so people click your listing once they see it. Otherwise Google might drop it as non-relevant to the search results, which will affect your traffic and SEO. Let me know if you’d need help writing irresistible, well converting Google snippets for your websit....
You have no backlinks yet:
Backlinks are important when marketing your website, although they are often overlooked. Backlinks are powerful, as they are permanent - they won’t disappear from view, like a social media post, after a few days or weeks. Once created, a backlink works in the background on your website rank. While you won’t see the results right away, with the right backlink strategy, your website can climb the Google search results. The higher it gets in the results, the more people click on it and visit your store. Therefore backlinks are also a great source of relevant, organic and permanent traffic.
