Please people, I have just finished building my store and also loaded all the items and just when i was about to pulish, the store disappeared and kept bringing up message that it does not exit. please any advice on how i can get my store back will be appericated. I have tried to contact shopify but till can't get through to them. Please help. Thanks

please do you know why i get a message saying that Unable to access my store, It looks like you don't have access to this store. Contact the store administrator for access." when I am the administrator? Please help as I am unable to login to my store. Thanks

Thank you for your reply. Without taking a closer look into your account however, I'm unable to say what the problem is. In order for me to take a look and share what I find, I'll first need to authenticate you on the account. In my previous post here I mentioned sending you an email, did you receive that email? Once you reply to that email, we can complete authentication and proceed through the next steps together.
