I tried to design my website base on professional standards but please let me have your feedback on that and please let me know about ticks and tricks related to increasing the sales in my online store.

 Clear CTAs - help to show what to do next. Hero banner on your homepage is a key to make a connection with every visitor. You should clearly communicate what your website is about.

If your website doesn’t have a blog already, make creating one a priority. But if you have a blog, it gives people a reason to keep coming back. Blogs also help improve your SEO because you’re constantly adding new content to your page.

90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is social proof. In my opinion that is essential for every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site. You can use Growave for that, it offers automated emails within the Reviews feature as well.

Imagine if you saw something that you quite like in the store, however you want to browse more, get more options, and then choose the best one. That often happens to me, because I am indecisive. That is when Wishlist comes in handy. Since you have a lot of products on your site, I recommend adding that feature to improve the user experience on your site. Besides, if the items on the wishlist have not been purchased, automated emails will be sent out as a reminder.

Hello @mmbabaei, I hope you are doing well! Yes, your store looks professional. Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase:

- Give product recommendations By personalizing the consumer shopping experience through gathered data, you can give better suggestions to your customers, which will then increase the likelihood that your customers will purchase a suggested product. Add new arrivals, trending products, recently viewed.

- In the header menu, there's white space. Shift the logo to the left and header menu at the top.

- Add loyalty reward program- Start giving loyalty points on activities like signing up, allowing for push notifications, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increase the retention rate.

- Add a web push notification. It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. It can be sent even when customers are not on your store and bring back the losing customer to your store.

- Add a referral program, it helps in increasing sales and creates brand awareness. You can ask your customers to refer a product to their friends and family. When the product is referred by some known, people tend to purchase the product.

- You can add a countdown timer to create urgency for your promotions or offers with the countdown timer bar and motivate your customers to buy more from the store. It helps in increasing sales.

Congrats on your new store. I have just had a look at your store.  It's a pretty website. I have just some small things I'd suggest for your Homepage for a better chance of gaining sales. May it help!

1. Make a sticky header

Sticky header helps customers easily access menu navigation although they scroll down or up on your page. Customers can also quickly reach the Search field to find products with a sticky header.

When I visit your website and scroll down, the header disappears. The menu should be displayed on this place or you can find the way to stick it on the left side. It's better to make this header have different colors when you scroll. You can see an example on our website below.

One more thing, I think the logo makes your header too big. Can we move like my pic above to make it smaller. The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website. Let's get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first. 

2. Classify principal and secondary Call-to-action (CTA) button on your Home page

One crucial thing for an online store's home page is a primary call to action. With this icon, you are going to redirect customers to the page where they mostly want to take action. This also helps your store to improve its conversion rate. 

I found that you have few CTA buttons now, but we also can add more CTA buttons in your collection list (“View more" or “More detail" buttons) and below your product list (You can add “Buy Now"/”Shop Now" buttons).

Besides, you should define which button is the principal one, which is the secondary one. They should have suitable styles (same color for same level of CTA). The principal buttons should be the most highlighted in your page.

3. Remove or rearrange some parts of your page

There are some parts that make your page longer but it didn’t make sense. You can consider to remove or rearrange them in your page. They are:

In the future, if you have more product types, you should put some tabs to show your product. This gives a clear idea/outline of what they're selling to their customers right the moment customers land on their page. You can take a look at the homepage of Laneige US (https://us.laneige.com/). They have navigation tabs like Skincare, Lipcare, Makeup, Bestsellers, etc.

You've done a great job on your website so far. It looks professional and everything is well organized.

When I take a look at your product SEO, this is what I see and this is how it would show up in search results or social media shares:

By default, Shopify will take your product title and the description and add that into your SEO. The issue here is that a person searching for your type of products wouldn't type "Fashion 10 Colors Earrings for Women" into Google, they would type "red cubic zirconia earrings" or "red diamond lever back earrings". Getting your SEO done properly is so important! We hear from a lot of store owners A LOT that they get a lot of traffic but no conversions. We’ve created a video walking you through how to do your SEO properly so that you can target your intended audience:

When doing your SEO, I would also spend some time adding more information about your products. What are the materials? Which type of earring is it? This type of information will not only help your customer but will also help you rank in search. Here is a full list of earring types to help with your keywords.

My last piece of advice is to niche down. Jewelry is a very saturated market which makes it extremely hard to rank for. I would recommend niching down, find out what is currently trending in jewelry and focus on selling that. Make your website, your ads, your social media posts all focused on this jewelry niche. It will make your advertising dollars count if you are able to better specify who your target audience is.
