Thank you for bringing this to our attention. What plan are you on at the moment? That first image is showing you the benefits of upgrading to the "Shopify plan" and the second image looks like your plan is the basic plan with only two staff accounts? Is this correct?
Does this make a bit more sense or am I mistaken in what you are referring to? I can definitely see how the wording is confusing though and I will be happy to pass that along to our Shopify developers as we love feedback from everyone to help us improve the platform in any way.
If I have picked this up wrong, however, please let me know.

I can see that now, not the most obvious at first glance (I read "current plan" and skipped to the list).
Just set up a basic store for a client, and that was also asking about staff accounts so that caught my eye.
