With the holidays around the corner and customers rushing in to snag deals, your store’s page load speed is more important than ever. Many factors affect your online store speed, and we want to give you more information on your site's speed score to help you prepare for this high traffic time.
Something new we’re introducing is the ability to track your speed score over time through the Online store speed report, found in Online Stores > Themes. We've also added app install and uninstall events to help you troubleshoot speed score changes. Many factors can influence your online store speed, but this is a start to helping you determine what those factors may be.
Learn more about the changes to the report from the Shopify Help Center, or check out the new Compass Tutorial on Optimizing Store Speed.
