Slow mobile site speed

Hi everyone, I am having an issue with my mobile site speed being low. The mobile speed is showing 25 while my desktop speed is showing 81. Any suggestions on how I could fix this issue? Google page speed insights shows the following is taking up a lot of the speed time.
