2 locations with 2 different payment methods

I have two different sales locations and I would like to setup a different payment method for each of the two locations (stipe for one and payment on site for the other).

Is it possible?

Nick here from Shopify. Great question! 

If I'm correct in understanding what you're looking for, I think it is possible. If it is the same store you wouldn't be able to use multiple payment gateways such as Stripe and then another gateway, but you are able to accept payment in different ways, such as by credit card, cash etc.
