3rd Request - HELP!!! Payment Settings won't let me change Bank Account - and I can't find a human

This is now my THIRD request for help -- here is my problem:

I need to change our bank account on our payment settings

I am entering the correct OLD account info and the correct NEW account info but still receive an error that "it doesn't match"

"Bo" - has sent me an email requesting new info which I have provided

NO ONE has responded with an email to escalate this to the "Account Team" or whoever can actually help me.

There is no live chat function - when I try to follow a link to live chat I end up in a circle back to the help center! 

There is no phone number to call 

I am losing business and posting for help on a message board Is ridiculous in my opinion.  Can SOMEONE PLEASE email me or call me so I can get this resolved.  This is such a simple thing that is now on it's 2nd week of my trying to get some help --

I can see that my colleague Bo has indeed escalated this request for you to our Accounts team on ticket number 19142749 once the required details were provided.

This will take a few days to action, as this specialist team has a longer turn-around time and are working with a higher number of contacts than usual.

In cases like this, where you have already contacted us and the issue has been escalated to the relevant specialist team on your behalf, no further action is necessary on your part, nor will it be possible to expedite this request by lodging multiple contacts on the same issue.
