We too are having this issue. Seems to be a reoccurring problem with Shopify.

Here is what Shopify had to say to us:

"This is a current issue Shopify wide which seems to be affecting USPS only - you could purchase labels with UPS or DHL for now and once it's resolved I can email you!"
