AVS Fraud Prevention won't stay checked.

I'm new to shopify, but in Shopify Payment > Fraud Prevention, I keep checking the box to Decline Charges that FAil AVS postal code verification. I save and everything looks ok. However, when I refresh the screen this box is unchecked again. I tried every day of my trial and just bought our plan today. Thought maybe the trial plan was the issue. However it's still doing it. Why would that feature uncheck itself?

Hi @schro_98,

Nick here from Shopify. 

From experience, this normally happens when a store is still on a trial plan because the checkout system is not enabled for stores on the trial plan and this is linked to the checkout.  If you are on a paid plan, then I'm not sure what could be causing this. It might be worth our higher-level support team taking a closer look into this for you. Would you be able to double-check if you have purchased a plan and share the URL link of your store? Would you also be able to let me know what the best email to reach you on is the one you signed up to the community with?

im having the same issue and im on a paid plan. please help me fix this issue.

That does seem quite strange @bonitabianca. I'm wondering if it is a cache issue or browser related. Could you try doing this but with a different browser or better an incognito window on Google Chrome and see if it works then? If it doesn't, let me know in a reply here and we can take another look.
