I was going through the totilpay.com site but could not find developer API documentation. Will you be able to ask the to provide you with a Developer API documentation ?

We are happy to assist with your requirement. To start with could you please share/DM us your preferred SNAP/EBT payment gateway providers Developer API documentation with your contact details? 

Once it is shared we can integrate them as a private payment gateway to your Shopify store. Once integration is completed , your preferred gateway will listed under alternative gateway list under your Shopify store settings-payments. And also it will work same as other public listed gateways on Shopify store.
